Abstract

ABSTRAK Kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah suatu kondisi yang memperlihatkan tentang keadaan kehidupan masyarakat yang dapat dilihat dari standar hidup masyarakat. Indikator dari kesejahteraan terdiri dari sandang, pangan, papan, kesehatan. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran kelompok tani terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Labuhan Ratu Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu Kabupaten Lampung Timur, dan bagaimana peranan kelompok tani terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Labuhan Ratu dalam sudut pandang Ekonomi Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kelompok tani terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Labuhan Ratu Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu Kabupaten Lampung Timur dan untuk mengetahui Peran kelompok tani terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi karena seluruh jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel yakni 38 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peranan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok tani sesuai dengan strategi atau langkah-langkah pengembangan peranan kelompok tani yang mencakup peran pelatihan SDM, pendanaan, dan pendampingan atau pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok tani terhadap anggota, walaupun pada beberapa kegiatan belum berjalan secara optimal.program yang dilakukan pemerintah provinsi lampung dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani yakni menyediakan progran kartu petani berjaya. Akan tetapi program tersebut belum sampai terealisasi kepada kelompok tani yang ada di kecamata labuhan ratu. Sedangkan dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam upaya yang dilakukan sudah dilakukan dengan baik tetapi hanya sampai pada pemenuhan kebutuhan Dharuriyat (Primer) dan Hajiyat (Sekunder) sedangkan kebutuhan Tahsiniyat (Tersier) menunaikan rukun islam yang kelima yaitu ibadah haji belum bisa terpenuhi. ABSTRACT Community welfare is a condition that shows the state of community life which can be seen from the community's standard of living. Indicators of welfare consist of clothing, food, shelter, health. The problem raised in this research is what is the role of farmer groups in the welfare of the community in Labuhan Ratu Village, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung Regency, and what is the role of farmer groups in the welfare of the community in Labuhan Ratu Village from an Islamic Economic perspective. The aim of this research is to determine the role of farmer groups in the welfare of the community in Labuhan Ratu Village, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung Regency and to determine the role of farmer groups in community welfare from an Islamic Economics perspective. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. This research is a population study because the entire population was sampled, namely 38 respondents. The data collection method in this research is through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are the roles carried out by farmer groups in accordance with the strategy or steps for developing the role of farmer groups which include the role of human resource training, funding, and mentoring or supervision carried out by farmer groups for members, although some activities have not run optimally. The program carried out by the Lampung provincial government to improve the welfare of farmers is to provide a successful farmer card program. However, this program has not yet been realized among farmer groups in the Labuhan Ratu sub-district. Meanwhile, from an Islamic Economics perspective, the efforts made have been carried out well but only to the extent of fulfilling the needs of Dharuriyat (Primary) and Hajiyat (Secondary) while the needs of Tahsiniyat (Tertiary) to fulfill the fifth pillar of Islam, namely the Hajj, have not been fulfilled.
