Abstract

ABSTRAK Keterampilan kolaborasi dan keterampilan komunikasi merupakan kemampuan yang penting dimiliki dan dikuasai oleh setiap peserta didik agar mempermudah kegiatan belajar mengajar. Collaboration skills atau Keterampilan kolaborasi adalah kemampuan ikut serta dalam setiap kegiatan untuk menjalin. hubungan dengan orang lain, saling menghargai hubungan dan kerja tim untuk mencapai tujuan bersama yang terjadi antara dua atau lebih peserta didik untuk menyelesaikan suatu. permasalahan dengan berbagi tanggung jawab, dan peran guna mencapai pemahaman bersama tentang masalah dan solusinya. Sedangkan communication skills atau. keterampilan komunikasi merupakan keterampilan yang dapat dilatih dengan menciptakan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk menyampaikan gagasan, ide, dan pendapatnya saat proses pembelajaran sedang berlangsung, baik itu dalam berdiskusi dengan teman maupun dengan guru. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih rendahnya keterampilan kolaborasi dan keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik di SDN 1 Pinang Jaya Bandar Lampung,. selain itu model pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang efektif atau efisien untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan komunikasi peserta didik berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran baru yang belum pernah digunakan oleh pendidik yaitu model pembelajaran Group To Group Exchange (GGE). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran Group To Group Exchange terhadap kolaborasi dan komunikasi peserta didik di kelas V SDN 1 Pinang Jaya Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Quasy Experiment Design, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Cluster Random Sampling, kelas V A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas V B sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa Angket. Pengujian hipotesis dalah penelitian ini menggunakan uji Multivariate Analysis Of Varians (Manova) Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan uji hipotesis Manova yang telah dilakukan terdapat nilai nilai Sig 0,001 < 0,05 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi kesimpulannya yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penggunaan model pembelajaran Group to Group Exchange (GGE) terhadap kolaborasi dan komunikasi peserta didik di kelas V SDN 1 Pinang Jaya, Bandar Lampung. Collaboration skills are the ability to participate in any activity to build a relationship. relationships with other people, mutual respect for relationships and teamwork to achieve common goals that occur between two or more students to complete something. problems by sharing responsibilities and roles to achieve a common understanding of the problem and its solution. Meanwhile, Communication skills are skills that can be trained by creating opportunities for students to convey their thoughts, ideas and opinions while the learning process is taking place, whether in discussions with friends or with the teacher. This research was motivated by the low level of collaboration skills and communication skills of students at SDN 1 Pinang Jaya Bandar Lampung. Apart from that, the learning model used is less effective or efficient in developing students' collaboration and communication skills based on pre�research results. Therefore, researchers are interested in implementing a new learning model that has never been used by educators, namely the Group To Group Exchange (GGE) learning model. This research aims to determine the significant influence of the Group To Group Exchange learning model on the collaboration and communication of students in class V of SDN 1 Pinang Jaya Bandar Lampung. This research is a type of Quasy Experiment Design research, the sampling technique used is Cluster Random Sampling, class V A as the experimental class and class V B as the control class. The data collection technique in this research is in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing in this research uses the Multivariate Analysis of Variance (Manova) test. Based on the results of data analysis and the Manova hypothesis test that has been carried out, there is a Sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So the conclusion is that there is a significant influence on the use of the Group to Group Exchange (GGE) learning model on student collaboration and communication in class V of SDN 1 Pinang Jaya, Bandar Lampung.
