Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS PERAN PENDIDIK DALAM KETERAMPILAN COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS DIKELAS V MIS AL HIKMAH KEDATON BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh Nabila Kirani Putri Lahirnya pendidikan era abad 21 mengharuskan peserta didik memiliki skill atau keterampilan tertentu, untuk menghadapi tantangan perubahan zaman terutama dalam dunia pendidikan. Keterampilan Communication and collaboration menjadi salah satu aspek dalam keterampilan yang harus dimiliki pada pendidikan di abad 21. Penelitian dengan judul “Analisis peran pendidik dalam keterampilan Communication and collaboration pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas V MIS Al-Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung” ini memiliki beberapa pertanyaan penelitian yaitu bagaimana peran pendidik dalam perencanaan, penerapan, pelaksanaan, serta faktor yang mempengaruhi strategi keterampilan communication and collaboration pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas V MIS Al-Hikmah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data-data primer dan skunder yang diperoleh dilapangan seperti kegiatan belajar mengajar dikelas yang mencakup interaksi antara peserta didik dan pendidik mata pelajaran IPS kelas V. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran dikelas V MIS Al-Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung sesuai dengan strategi pembelajaran Communication and Collaboration pada keterampilan 4C. kegiatan pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan, mampu mendorong peserta didik untuk mengembangkan keterampilan-keterampilan yang ada di dalam diri peserta didik. Pendidik lebih banyak mendengarkan peserta didik iv saling berinteraksi, berdebat dan berkolaborasi. Fungsi pendidik berubah dengan sendirinya menjadi fasilitator. Mekanisme pembelajaran terdapat interaksi yang cukup dalam berbagai bentuk komunikasi. Selain itu pendidik mampu memfasilitasi peserta didik untuk menuangkan ide baik lisan maupun tulisan. Communication and collaboration skills are one aspect of the skills that must be possessed in education in the 21st century. This research with the title "Analysis of the role of educators in Communication and collaboration skills in social studies subjects in class V MIS Al-Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung" has several questions. research, namely the role of educators in planning, implementation, execution, and factors that influence communication and collaboration skills strategies in social studies subjects in class V MIS Al-Hikmah. This research uses qualitative research methods with the approach used in this research being descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained in the field such as classroom teaching and learning activities which include interactions between students and educators in class V social studies subjects. Based on the research results, it shows that learning activities in class V MIS Al-Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung are in accordance with the Communication and Collaboration learning strategy on 4C skills. The learning activities that have been implemented are able to encourage students to develop the skills that exist within students. Educators listen more to students interacting, debating and collaborating. The function of the educator changes automatically to become a facilitator. The learning mechanism vi includes sufficient interaction in various forms of communication. Apart from that, educators are able to facilitate students to express ideas both verbally and in writing.
