Abstract

ABSTRAK Penjualan dan pembelian daging sapi campuran telah menjadi isu yang menarik perhatian dalam konteks hukum Islam. Praktik jual beli daging sapi campuran adalah fenomena yang umum terjadi dalam pasar daging modern. Namun, aspek hukum dari transaksi semacam ini seringkali menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang keabsahan dari sudut pandang syariah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan sebuah tinjauan hukum Islam dalam konteks jual beli daging sapi campuran. Dalam analisis ini, akan dibahas beberapa masalah hukum yang sering muncul terkait transaksi semacam ini, termasuk pertimbangan tentang kehalalan atau keharaman, prinsip adil dan kejujuran dalam jual beli, serta implikasi dari perspektif ekonomi dan sosial. Penulis akan menggunakan metode pendekatan hukum Islam yang mengacu pada sumber- sumber utama syariah, seperti Al-Quran, Hadis, dan pendapat para ulama terkemuka. Selain itu, juga akan melibatkan beberapa literatur dan studi yang relevan tentang pasar daging dan transaksi jual beli daging sapi campuran. Hasil tinjauan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih jelas tentang pandangan hukum Islam terhadap jual beli daging sapi campuran. Implikasi dari analisis ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi para pelaku pasar daging, konsumen, dan pemerintah dalam menghadapi tantangan etis dan legalitas dalam transaksi semacam ini. The practice of buying and selling mixed beef is a common phenomenon in the modern meat market. However, the legal aspects of such transactions often raise questions about their legitimacy from a sharia perspective. This paper aims to present an overview of Islamic law in the context of buying and selling mixed beef. In this analysis, we will discuss some of the legal issues that often arise in connection with this kind of transaction, including considerations about halal or haram, the principles of fairness and honesty in buying and selling, as well as the implications from an economic and social perspective. The author will use an Islamic legal approach that refers to the main sources of sharia, such as the Al-Quran, Hadith, and the opinions of leading scholars. Apart from that, it will also involve some relevant literature and studies on the meat market and mixed beef trading transactions. The results of this review are expected to provide a clearer understanding of the views of Islamic law on the sale and purchase of mixed beef. The implications of this analysis can provide guidance for meat market players, consumers and governments in facing ethical and legal challenges in such transactions.
