Abstract

ABSTRAK Manaje men dalam konteks manasik haji memegang peran krusial dalam memastikan kelancaran, efisiensi, dan kualitas pelaksanaan ibadah haji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendekatan manajemen yang diterapkan dalam pengorganisasian dan pelaksanaan manasik haji, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang memengaruhi proses ini. Dalam kajian ini, metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pengurus KBIH, pembimbing jama'ah, dan calon jama'ah haji, serta melalui observasi langsung terhadap pelaksanaan manasik haji. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek-aspek manajemen seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian dalam konteks manasik haji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen dalam manasik haji melibatkan perencanaan rinci mengenai logistik, transportasi, akomodasi, dan pendampingan spiritual. Pengorganisasian melibatkan pemilihan tenaga pengajar yang berkompeten dan koordinasi antara berbagai pihak terkait. Pengarahan dilakukan melalui pembimbingan intensif yang mencakup aspek ritual dan spiritual. Pengendalian dilakukan dengan pemantauan terhadap perkembangan jama'ah dan penyesuaian rencana jika diperlukan. Faktor pendukung meliputi dukungan pemerintah, tenaga pengajar yang terlatih, serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Di sisi lain, faktor penghambat termasuk perubahan regulasi, tantangan logistik, dan kesadaran jama'ah terhadap prosedur manasik. Kesimpulannya, manajemen manasik haji melibatkan serangkaian tahap mulai dari perencanaan hingga pengendalian, dengan keterlibatan berbagai pihak dan aspek-aspek yang saling terkait. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan pelaksanaan manasik haji. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, perlu adanya pengembangan terus�menerus dalam manajemen yang mengintegrasikan aspek ritual, logistik, dan spiritual secara holistik. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pelayanan, Manasik Haji iii ABSTRACT Management in the context of Hajj rituals plays a crucial role in ensuring the smoothness, efficiency and quality of the Hajj pilgrimage. This research aims to analyze the management approach applied in organizing and implementing the Hajj rituals, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors that influence this process. In this study, qualitative descriptive research methods were used to collect and analyze data. Data was obtained through interviews with KBIH administrators, pilgrims' supervisors, and prospective Hajj pilgrims, as well as through direct observation of the implementation of the Hajj rituals. Data analysis was carried out by considering management aspects such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling in the context of the Hajj rituals. The research results show that management of the Hajj rituals involves detailed planning regarding logistics, transportation, accommodation and spiritual assistance. Organizing involves selecting competent teaching staff and coordinating between various related parties. Direction is carried out through intensive guidance which includes ritual and spiritual aspects. Control is carried out by monitoring the progress of the congregation and adjusting plans if necessary. Supporting factors include government support, trained teaching staff, and adequate facilities and infrastructure. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include changes in regulations, logistical challenges, and congregational awareness of the ritual procedures. In conclusion, Hajj ritual management involves a series of stages from planning to control, with the involvement of various parties and interrelated aspects. Supporting and inhibiting factors play an important role in the successful implementation of the Hajj rituals. In an effort to improve service quality, there needs to be continuous development in management that holistically integrates ritual, logistical and spiritual aspects.
