Abstract

ABSTRAK Perubahan tatanan perekonomian dunia ditandai oleh globalisasi yang tidak lagi mengenal batas wilayah atau negara dan munculnya kecenderungan pembentukan preferensi perdagangan antar negara sekawasan. Pada era globalisasi yang nantinya pasti bergulir, tentu akan menimbulkan berbagai konsekuensi dari dunia usaha tidak terkecuali dunia industri. Dalam penelitian ini Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berasal dari data BPS Provinsi Lampung priode 2018-2022 yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh tenaga kerja, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan infrastruktur baik secara parsial dan simultan terhadap aglomerasi industry. Hasil data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap jumlah Aglomerasi di Provinsi Lampung. Hal ini karena Tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang dibutuhkan dalam produksi. Tenaga kerja yang tersedia pada suatu wilayah aglomerasi industri dengan produktivitas yang meningkat maka dapat meningkatkan produksi diwilayah aglomerasi Infrastruktur tidak berpengaruh terhadap Aglomerasi di Provinsi Lampung. Hal ini karena Infrastruktur jalan di Provinsi Lampung tidak memadahi dan infrastruktur sangat berperan penting bagi kelancaran kegiatan perekonomian di suatu daerah yang nantinya dapat memperlambat aglomerasi industry Pertumbuhan Ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Aglomerasi di Provinsi Lampung. Hal ini dikarenakan pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap aglomerasi disebabkan tidak meratanya aglomerasi industri di tiap daerah. Kata kunci: Tenaga Kerja, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Infrastruktur dan Aglomerasi. ABSTRACT Changes in the world economic order are marked by globalization which no longer recognizes regional or national boundaries and the emergence of a tendency to form trade preferences between countries in the same region. In the era of globalization that will certainly roll out, it will certainly give rise to various consequences in the business world, including the industrial world. In this research, the research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used is secondary data originating from BPS data for Lampung Province for the 2018-2022 period which aims to analyze and test the influence of labor, economic growth and infrastructure both partially and simultaneously on industrial agglomeration. The data obtained shows that labor has a positive effect on the number of agglomerations in Lampung Province. This is because labor is one of the factors needed in production. The workforce available in an industrial agglomeration area with increased productivity can increase production in the agglomeration area. Infrastructure has no effect on agglomeration in Lampung Province. This is because the road infrastructure in Lampung Province is inadequate and infrastructure plays an important role in the smooth running of economic activities in an area which can later slow down industrial agglomeration. Economic growth has no effect on agglomeration in Lampung Province. This is because economic growth does not have a significant effect on agglomeration due to the uneven distribution of industrial agglomeration in each region Keywords: Labor, Economic Growth, Infrastructure and Agglomeration.
