Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemberdayaan Industri keripik tempe dalam hal ini merupakan industri keripik tempe dalam mengembangakan peningkatn ekonomi ibu rumah tangga untuk dapat meningakatkan taraf ekonomi, sehingga mampu meningkatkan produktivitasnya.pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh ibu wigati dalam bentuk kemitraan merupakan program yang dilakukan. Pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga ini sangat penting untuk dapt meningkatkan taraf hidup ibu rumah tangga. Sumber potensi yang dapat dikembangkan untuk memberdayakan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang terkit dengan pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga, seperti usaha home industri keripik tempe di desa sukaraja kecamatan gedong tataan kabupten pesawaran. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bgimna upaya untuk memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga dalam peningkatan ekonomi di Desa Sukaraja Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran. Penelitian ini merupakn penelitin lapangan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data dari lokasi atau lapangan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk menganalisa menggunakan Purposive sampling. Berdasarakan kriteria penulis berikan sampel berjumblah 9 orang. Berdasarkan hasil stadilapangan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalm pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga yang di lakukan oleh ibu wigati melalui usaha industri keripik tempe dapat meningkatkan perekonomian ibu-ibu rumh tngga yng ad di desa sukaraja kecamtn gedong tataan kabupaten pesawaran. Dengan di bekali peltihan pelatihan, pembinaan serta dapt memotivasi ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk membuka usaha home industri keripik tempe sendiri. Dengan demikian ibu-ibu rumh tangga dapat meningkatkan taraf peningkatan perekonomian. The empowerment carried out by Mrs. Wigati in the form of a partnership is a program carried out. Empowering housewives is very important to improve the standard of living of housewives. Potential sources that can be developed to empower housewives who are involved in empowering housewives, such as the tempeh chips home industry business in Sukaraja village, Gedong Tataan district, Pesawaran district. The formulation of the research problem is how to empower housewives to improve the economy in Sukaraja Village, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency. This research is field research by collecting data from locations or fields through observation, interviews and documentation to analyze using purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, the author provides a sample of 9 people. Based on the results of the field study in this research, it shows that the empowerment of housewives carried out by Mrs. Wigati through the tempeh chips industry business can improve the economy of housewives in Sukaraja village, Gedong Tataan district, Pesawaran district. By providing training, coaching and motivating housewives to open their own tempe chips home industry business. In this way, housewives can increase the level of economic development.
