Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyusunan rencana kerja Madrasah belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kriteria dalam jangka empat tahunan dan satu tahunan, serta aspek perencanaan dan pedoman Madrasah. Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian diketahui bahwa Madrasah hingga saat penelitian, belum termasuk kedalam standar pengelolaan pendidikan, kegiatan yang ada di MAN 1 Pesisir Barat belum aktif serta belum berjalan dengan baik, ekstrakulikuler juga belum meningkat hanya mentok didalam Kabupaten saja, dalam permasalahan tersebut MAN 1 Pesisir Barat dikatakan belum termasuk kedalam standar pengelolaan pendidikan, perlu ditingkatkan lagi dan perlu adanya pembelejaran lebih lanjut terkait standart pengelolaan pendidikan. Tujuan Penelitian, Untuk mengetahui Perencanaan Program Kerja Madrasah, Pelaksanaan Rencana Kerja, Pengawasan dan Evaluasi Madrasah di MAN 1 Pesisir Barat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Deskriptif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan Dokumentasi. sumber data primer mencakup subjek Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Madrasah, Kepala TU dan Para Guru. peneliti menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara, pengamatan langsung atau observasi, dan penelaahan dokumen. Hasil Temuan Standar Pengelolaan Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Madrasah di MAN 1 Pesisir Barat tentunya mengacu pada pedoman yang telah ditetapkan Permendiknas Nomor 19 Tahun 2007, termasuk seluruh komponen yang dipersyaratkan di dalamnya, yaitu adanya visi, misi, tujuan madrasah, rencana kerja madrasah, serta aspek perencanaan dan pedoman madrasah. Keadaan ini bisa kita lihat dengan adanya kesesuaian antara pedoman dengan pelaksanaan di lapangan. Madrasah memiliki rumusan visi dan misi yang di tempatkan di bagian depan sekolah. Kepala MAN 1 Pesisir Barat menyatakan bahwa visi madrasah melibatkan semua stakeholders yang ada di madrasah, komite madrasah, orang tua wali murid bersama-sama membuat analisis madrasah yang tergabung dalam analisis SWOT. Keunggulan dari MAN 1 Pesisir Barat yaitu mempunyai program Tahfiz dan Tilawah, Tahfiz berupa hafalan surah 1 juz sampai seterusnya, hingga saat ini siswa di MAN 1 baru iii mencapai 5 Juz hafalannya, untuk program Tilawah pada MAN 1 Pesisir Barat yaitu untuk mencetak Qori dan Qori’ah siswa. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Pendidikan, Penyajian dan Pengungkapan. iv ABSTRACT The preparation of the Madrasah work plan has not fully met the criteria in the four-year and one-year terms, as well as the planning and guidance aspects of the Madrasah. Based on the results of pre-research, it is known that Madrasah until the time of research, has not been included in the standard of Education Management, the activities in MAN 1 Pesisir Barat have not been active and have not been running well, extracurriculars have not increased only stuck in the Regency, in these problems MAN 1 Pesisir Barat was said not to be included in the standard of education management, needs to be improved again and the need for further learning related to the standard of Education Management. The purpose of the study, to find out the planning of the madrasah work program, implementation of work plans, supervision and evaluation of Madrasah in MAN 1 Pesisir Barat. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach and utilizes data collection techniques such as interviews and documentation. primary data sources include subject principals, deputy principals, TU principals and teachers. researchers used several data collection techniques, namely interviews, direct observation or observation, and document review. The findings of Education Management Standards in Improving the Quality of Madrasah in MAN 1 Pesisir Barat certainly refer to the guidelines set by the Ministry of National Education Number 19 of 2007, including all components required in it, namely the vision, mission, objectives of the madrasah, madrasah work plan, as well as aspects of planning and guidance madrasah. This situation can be seen by the conformity between the guidelines and the implementation in the field. Madrasah has a vision and mission formulation that is placed at the front of the school. The head of MAN 1 Pesisir Barat stated that the vision of the madrasah involves all stakeholders in the madrasah, the madrasah Committee, the parents of the parents of the students together to make a madrasah analysis incorporated in the SWOT analysis. The advantages of MAN 1 Pesisir Barat are that it has a Tahfiz and Tilawah Program, Tahfiz in the form of memorization of surah 1 juz and so on, until now students in MAN 1 have only reached 5 Juz of memorization, for the Tilawah v program at MAN 1 Pesisir Barat which is to print Qori and Qori'ah students.
