Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan pendidikan tidak terlepas dari faktor guru profesional yang mempengaruhi pendidikan nasional. Dalam peranannya, guru memiliki tugas dan kewajiban untuk mengelola pembelajaran dengan baik. Pengelolaan dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengelolaan kelas, penilaian hasil, dan evaluasi agar terorganisir dengan baik. Pengelolaan pembelajaran ini akan membawa proses pembelajaran terlaksana dengan lancar yang dapat memudahkan dalam pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Masalah�masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan adanya keterlibatan dari semua pihak. Yakni orang tua, guru, kepala sekolah, masyarakat, dan siswa itu sendiri. Kepemimpinan transformasional hadir menjawab tantangan zaman yang penuh dengan perubahan dan kemajuan. Dengan demikian maka tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Profesionalisme Guru di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian survey, dengan populasi seluruh guru di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung berjumlah 60 guru. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Slovin dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% yang didapatkan yaitu 37 responden, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilias, uji prasarat analisis data, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Profesionalisme Guru di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung dengan hasil pengujian Thitung 6,604 > nilai Ttabel 2.030 Adanya pengaruh yang didapat dari hasil uji regresi linear sederhana sebesar 0.697, dan hasil uji koefisien determinasi R2 yang menjelaskan jumlah besaran kontribusi kepemimpinan transformational kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru ialah sebesar 55.5% berarti sisanya 44.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. In their role, teachers have duties and obligations to manage learning well. Management starts from planning, implementing, managing classes, assessing results, and evaluating them so that they are well organized. This learning management will ensure that the learning process is carried out smoothly, which can make it easier to achieve learning objectives. The development of education in Indonesia always has to face several problems at every stage. These problems can be overcome with the involvement of all parties. Namely parents, teachers, principals, society, and the students themselves. Transformational leadership exists to answer the challenges of an era full of change and progress. Thus, the aim of the research is to find out whether there is an influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher professionalism at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a survey research approach, with a population of all teachers at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung totaling 60 teachers. Sampling used the Slovin Technique with a confidence level of 95%, namely 37 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, data analysis prerequisite test, and hypothesis test. The results of the research can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the Principal's Transformational Leadership on Teacher Professionalism at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung with the Tcount test results of 6.604 > Ttable value of 2.030. There is an influence obtained from the results of the simple linear regression test of 0.697, and the results of the coefficient of determination test R2 which explains the total contribution of the principal's transformational leadership to teacher professionalism is 55.5%, meaning that the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.
