Abstract

ABSTRAK Pariwisata telah diasumsikan sebagai industri yang dapat diandalkan untuk memperoleh devisa. Pada suatu daerah tujuan wisata selalu akan diperhitungkan dengan keuntungan dan manfaat bagi rakyat banyak. Agar terwujudnya suatu struktur tatanan perekonomian yang baik maka perlu direncanakan suatu pembangunan jangka panjang pada bidang ekonomi yang sejatinya merupakan suatu penggerak utama dari pembangunan ekonomi. Rumusan masalah dalam peneitian ini adalah bagaimana strategi pengembangan wisata bahari terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat kecamatan pesisir utara ? bagaimana strategi pengembangan wisata bahari terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat kecamatan pesisir utara menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam ? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan wisata bahari terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat kecamatan pesisir utara dan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan wisata bahari terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat kecamatan pesisir utara menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan penelitian secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan wisata bahari memberikan dampak terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Kecamatan Pesisir Utara Kabupaten Pesisir Barat Pekon yang berada di sekitar objek wisata. Dampak yang signifikan yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat Kecamatan Pesisir Utara Kabupaten Pesisir Barat adalah terbukanya peluang usaha, peluang usaha tersebut terdiri dari usaha kuliner, usaha penginapan, usaha, toko cendera mata, toko kelontong. Untuk mencapai kesejahteraan materi dalam Islam adalah terlebih kepada bagaimana cara memperoleh harta, dan bagaimana dia menggunakan hartanya. Kata Kunci : Strategi Pengembangan Wisata Bahari, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat. ABSTRACT Tourism has been assumed to be an industry that can be relied on to earn foreign exchange. In a tourist destination, profits and benefits for the people at large will always be taken into account. In order to create a good economic structure, it is necessary to plan long-term development in the economic sector, which is actually the main driver of economic development. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the strategy for developing marine tourism towards the welfare of the people of the North Coast District? What is the strategy for developing marine tourism towards the welfare of the people of the North Coast District according to an Islamic economic perspective? This research aims to determine the strategy for developing marine tourism on the welfare of the people of the North Coast District and to find out the strategy for developing marine tourism on the welfare of the people of the North Coast District according to an Islamic economic perspective. The research method used is a qualitative research approach using data collection methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Overall, the research results show that the development of marine tourism has an impact on the welfare of the people of Pesisir Utara District, Pesisir Barat Pekon Regency who are around the tourist attraction. A significant impact felt by the people of Pesisir Utara District, Pesisir Barat Regency is the opening of business opportunities, these business opportunities consist of culinary businesses, accommodation businesses, businesses, souvenir shops, grocery stores. To achieve material prosperity in Islam is primarily about how to obtain wealth, and how one uses it. Keywords: Marine Tourism Development Strategy, Community Welfare.
