Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat peran model pengelolaan dana filantropi islam dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat di BAZNAS dan LAZ IZI. Berdasarkan hal tersebut Penulis merumuskan masalah dalam penelitian ini mengenai Bagaimana model pengelolaan dana BAZNAS dan LAZ IZI di Bandar Lampung, Bagaimana penyaluran dana BAZNAS dan LAZ IZI di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Social situation dari Karyawan dan Mustahiq BAZNAS dan LAZ IZI. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari Wawancara dengan Karyawan dan Mustahiq BAZNAS dan LAZ IZI dan data sekunder Data sekunder yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur berupa buku-buku , jurnal-jurnal yang mendukung penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Model pengelolaan di BAZNAS dan LAZ IZI. Pertama yaitu Proses Perencanaan (Planning) antara lain: Pengumpulan dana filantropi, Penyaluran dana filantropi, Pengelolaan dana filantropi, dan Pelaporan pengelolaan dana filantropi. Model yang kedua yaitu Pengorganisasian, antara lain: Struktur organisasi, Tim pengelola dana, Sistem akuntansi dan pelaporan, dan Kepatuhan terhadap peraturan. Model yang ketiga yaitu Pengarahan, antara lain: Pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui program-program bantuan produktif, Pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui program-program wakaf produktif, dan Pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui pendidikan keuangan. Model yang terakhir yaitu pengawasan, antara lain: Audit internal, Audit eksternal, Pelaporan publik, dan Pengawasan oleh lembaga terkait. Penyaluran dana di BAZNAS dan LAZ IZI memiliki 4 sistem, yaitu Pemetaan dan seleksi penerima dana, Evaluasi dan monitoring program. Pemberdayaan umat di bidang Ekonomi atau UMKM BAZNAS dan LAZ IZI memiliki berbagai persiapan untuk masyarakat menjadi wirausahawan dengan pelatihan usaha dan permodalan. Dan juga BAZNAS dan LAZ IZI juga meastikan manfaat beasiswa bagi kesuksesan penerima beasiswa di masa depan. Based on this, the author formulates the problem in this study regarding how the management model of BAZNAS and LAZ IZI funds in Bandar Lampung, how is the distribution of BAZNAS and LAZ IZI funds in Bandar Lampung. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at the role of the Islamic philanthropic fund management model in empowering the people's economy at BAZNAS and LAZ IZI. Based on this, the author formulates the problem in this study regarding how the management model of BAZNAS and LAZ IZI funds in Bandar Lampung, how is the distribution of BAZNAS and LAZ IZI funds in Bandar Lampung, what is the impact of BAZNAS and LAZ IZI in empowering the people's economy. The results of this study are the management model at BAZNAS and LAZ IZI. First, namely the Planning Process (Planning), including: Collection of philanthropic funds, Distribution of philanthropic funds, Management of philanthropic funds, and Reporting on the management of philanthropic funds. The second model is Organizing, including: Organizational structure, Fund management team, Accounting and reporting system, and Compliance with regulations. The third model is Directive, including: Economic empowerment through productive assistance programs, Economic empowerment through productive waqf programs, and Economic empowerment through financial education. The last model is supervision, including: internal audit, external audit, public reporting, and oversight by related institutions. Distribution of funds at BAZNAS and LAZ IZI has 4 systems, namely Mapping and selecting recipients of funds, evaluating and monitoring programs. Empowerment of people in the field of Economy or UMKM BAZNAS and LAZ IZI have various preparations for people to become entrepreneurs with business and capital training. And also BAZNAS and LAZ IZI also ensure the benefits of scholarships for the success of scholarship recipients in the future.
