Abstract

ABSTRAK SIKAP SISWA REGULER TERHADAP SISWA BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS DENGAN PERILAKU BULLYING PADA SEKOLAH INKLUSI Oleh : Amir Muzakir Sikap merupakan bentuk tingkah laku baik positif maupun negatif terhadap objek yang disikapi. Pada pendidikan inklusi siswa reguler diharapkan dapat menerima perbedaan yang dimiliki siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Siswa reguler dengan sikap negatif terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus akan memunculkan perilaku meremehkan serta mengucilkan hingga menimbulkan perilaku bullying. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap siswa reguler terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan perilaku bullying pada sekolah inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 111 partisipan siswa reguler kelas IV, V dan VI di Sekolah Dasar Inklusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan IBM Statistic SPSS 20.0. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala sikap siswa reguler terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan skala perilaku bullying. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif antara sikap siswa reguler terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan perilaku bullying yaitu (r = -0.917; p=0.000; p<0.01) menunjukkan bahwa semakin negatif sikap siswa reguler terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus maka semakin tinggi perilaku bullying begitupun sebaliknya dan mendapatkan sumbangan efektif sebesar 84%. Kata Kunci : Sikap Siswa Reguler, Siswa Berkebutuhan Khusus, Perilaku Bullying, Inklusi iv ABSTRACT REGULAR STUDENTS ATTITUDE TOWARDS STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS WITH BULLYING BEHAVIOR AT INCLUSION SCHOOLS Attitude is a form of behavior, both positive and negative, towards the object being addressed. In inclusive education, regular students are expected to accept the differences that students with special needs have. Regular students with negative attitudes towards students with special needs will give rise to belittling and isolating behavior which can lead to bullying behavior. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between regular students' attitudes towards students with special needs and bullying behavior in inclusive schools. This research used quantitative methods involving 111 regular students in grades IV, V and VI at the Inclusion Elementary School. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses IBM Statistics SPSS 20.0. The scale used is a scale of attitudes of regular students towards students with special needs with a scale of bullying behavior. The results of the research show that there is a negative relationship between the attitudes of regular students towards students with special needs and bullying behavior, namely (r = -0.917; p=0.000; p<0.01) showed that the more negative the attitude of regular students towards students with special needs, the higher the bullying behavior and vice versa and obtained an effective contribution of 84%.
