Abstract

ABSTRAK Aplikasi DANA merupakan salah satu digital payment yang paling banyak digunakan, aplikasi DANA juga ada fitur pembayaran menggunakan QRIS yang mempermudah konsumen. Pada Mei 2022 penyedia QRIS di provinsi Lampung meningkat 17% dibandingkan akhir tahun 2021. Dan berdasarkan data yang di dapat bandar lampung ialah kota yang paling banyak menggunakan QRIS. Adapun terdapat inkonsistensi sebagai hasil dari reaksi sikap yang berbeda terhadap penggunaan digital payment. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui pengaruh optimism, perceived usefulness, dan perceived ease of use terhadap minat menggunakan QRIS baik secara persial maupun simultan dan berdasarka perspektif islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sifat asosiatif kausal. Menggunakan metode kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Populasinya ialah pengguna QRIS pada aplikasi Dana di Bandar Lampung, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji t (parsial) menunjukan bahwa Optimism berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan QRIS. Perceived Usefulness tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan QRIS. Perceived Ease Of Use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan QRIS. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa varibel optimism, perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan QRIS. Selanjutnya minat menggunakan QRIS yang dipengaruhi optimism, perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use yang terkandung dalam suatu teknologi. Adopsi teknologi ini berdasarkan adanya maslahah. Dimana dalam setiap individu dalam menggunakan layanan harus didasarkan pada manfaat dan kemudahan yang bisa mendatangkan keberkahan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of optimism, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on the intention to use QRIS both partially and simultaneously and based on an Islamic perspective. This research is a quantitative research with causal associative characteristics. Using a questionnaire method that has been tested for validity and reliability. The population is QRIS users in the Fund application in Bandar Lampung, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non�probability sampling. Based on the results of the analysis using the t (partial) test, it shows that Optimism has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS. Perceived Usefulness has no significant effect on interest in using QRIS. Perceived Ease Of Use has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS. The results of the analysis using the F test (simultaneous) show that the variables of optimism, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use together have a significant influence on the intention to use QRIS. Furthermore, interest in using QRIS is influenced by optimism, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use contained in a technology. The adoption of this technology is based on maslahah. Where in every individual using the service must be based on the benefits and convenience that can bring blessings.
