Abstract

ABSTRAK Hubungan Antara Pola Asuh dan Konsep Diri dengan Kecenderungan Cinderella Complex pada Santriwati Pondok Pesantren Oleh: Nur Aisyah Cinderella Complex sebagian besar didefinisikan sebagai jaringan sikap dan kekhawatiran yang ditekan, seperti Cinderella, menghentikan wanita menggunakan pikiran dan kreativitas mereka sepenuhnya. Terjadinya Cinderella Complex pada individu dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu: pola asuh dan konsep diri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh santri di Pesantren Tri Bakti Al Ikhlas yang berjumlah 97 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris, hubungan pola asuh dan konsep diri dengan kecenderungan cinderella complex pada santriwati di Pesantren Tri Bakti Al Ikhlas. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi dan regresi linier berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah program SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pola asuh permisif mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan sangat kuat dengan kecenderungan cinderella complex pada santriwati, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,927. Konsep diri mempunyai hubungan yang negatif dan sangat kuat dengan kecenderungan cinderella complex, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,809. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,932 pada tabel korelasi dan determinasi maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang masuk kategori sangat kuat antara pola asuh permisif dan konsep diri secara bersama�sama dengan kecenderungan cinderella complex pada santriwati di Pondok Pesantren Tri Bakti Al Ikhlas. Lalu berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2 ) sebesar 0,868 atau 86,8 %, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen (pola asuh permisif dan konsep diri) terhadap variabel dependen (cinderella complex) sebesar 86,8 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,2% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model ini. The population in this study is all of the santri in the Tri Bakti Al Ikhlas Boarding who numbered 97 people. This study aims to empirically prove, The relationship of foster pattern and self�conception with the tendency of the cinderella complex at santriwati in Tri Bakti Al Ikhlas Boarding.The data used was the primary data of data collection using a questionnaire.The method of analysis in this research is correlation analysis and multiple linear regression.The analysis used in this research is spss program 20. version. The results of this study proved that the permissiveness foster pattern had a positive and very strong relationship with Cinderella complex tendencies on the santriwati, with correlation coefficients of 0.927. Self-conception has a negative and very strong relationship with the tendency of the cinderella complex, with a correlation coefficient of -0.809. Based on the value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.932 on the correlation and determination table then it can be concluded that there is a very strong entry-category relationship between the permissiveness foster patterns and self-conception combined with the tendency of the cinderella complex on the santriati in the Tri Bakti Al Ikhlas Boarding. Then based on the determination coefficient value (R2 ) of 0.868 or 86.8 %, thus it can be said that the contributions the independent variable influence (permissiveness foster patterns and self conception) against the dependent variables (cinderella complex) of 86,8 % the remaining of 13,2 % influenced or described by other factors that were not included in this model.
