Abstract

ABSTRAK Nasabah perbankan syariah di Indonesia merupakan nasabah yang berada pada floating segment, yang sangat sensitif pada tingkat keuntungan. Sehingga akan adanya pertimbangan yang dilakukan nasabah dalam menanamkan dananya di bank syariah berdasarkan tingkat bagi hasilnya. Fenomena ini secara tidak langsung menuntut agar bank syariah melakukan Profit Distribution Management (PDM) mengacu pada suku bunga. Kondisi ini mendorong bank syariah untuk meningkatkan kualitas usaha sebagai lembaga intermediasi dan meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas dana pihak ketiga dan pendapatan operasional terhadap profit distribution management Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) sejak tahun 2018-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 9 Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia sebagai sampel. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari annual report/laporan keuangan tahunan dari website resmi masing�masing Bank Umum Syariah yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews 12. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas dana pihak ketiga memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap profit distribution management. Sedangkan pendapatan operasional tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap profit distribution management. Kata kunci: Efektivitas Dana Pihak Ketiga, Pendapatan Operasional, Profit Distribution Management. iv ABSTARCT Islamic banking customers in Indonesia are customers who are in the floating segment, which is very sensitive to the level of profit. So that there will be considerations made by customers in investing their funds in Islamic banks based on the level of profit sharing. This phenomenon indirectly demands that Islamic banks carry out Profit Distribution Management (PDM) referring to interest rates. This condition encourages Islamic banks to improve the quality of their business as intermediary institutions and increase their ability to generate profits. This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of third party funds and operating income on profit distribution management of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population of this study is Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia which have been registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) since 2018-2021. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain 9 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia as samples. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from the annual report/annual financial report from the official website of each Islamic Commercial Bank that is the sample in this study. Data analysis used panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 12 software. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the effectiveness of third party funds has a negative effect on profit distribution management of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period.
