Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh guru SDN 5 BPR Ranau Tengah telah menggunakan metode hypnoteaching terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Tetapi motivasi belajar peserta didik saat proses pembelajaran bahasa indonesia masih rendah hal itu terlihat dari prilaku peserta didik yang masih sering terlambat saat proses pembelajaran bahasa indonesia dan lebih senang untuk bermain sendiri dibelakang ruangan atau mengobrol sesama teman sebangku sehingga tidak memperhatikan guru saat menerangkan materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi metode pembelajaran hypnoteaching terhadap motivasi peserta didik pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SDN 5 BPR Ranau Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan tringulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah saat melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan metode hypnoteaching, pendidik SDN 5 BPR Ranau Tengah sudah melaksanakan secara maksimal namun belum maksimal dalam penerapannya dikarenakan terdapat beberapa langkah yang belum terlaksana seperti pada observasi pertama seharusnya guru menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran kepada peserta didik tetapi pada saat observasi pertama pendidik tidak menginfromasikan tujuan pembelajaran kepada peserta didik, banyaknya peserta didik yang masih bingung mengenai proses pembelajaran menggunakan metode hypnoteaching dan banyaknya peserta didik yang mengobrol saat guru menjelaskan materi sehingga peserta didik ada yang tidak memahami materi yang disampaikan saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Observasi kedua pendidik tidak memberikan yel-yel pada proses pembelajarannya padahal seharusnya dalam langkah metode hypnoteaching ini pendidik memberikan yel-yel kepada peserta didik. Hal ini menyebabkan implementasi metode pembelajaran hypnoteaching tidak maksimal. Kata Kunci : Metode Hypnoteaching, Motivasi Belajar dan Bahasa Indonesia. iii ABSTRACT The background of this research is that teachers at SDN 5 BPR Ranau Tengah have used the Hypnoteaching method on students' learning motivation. But students' learning motivation during the Indonesian language learning process is still low, this can be seen from the behavior of students who are often late during the Indonesian language learning process and prefer to play alone in the back of the room or chat with their classmates so they don't pay attention to the teacher when explaining the material. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Hypnoteaching method affects the learning motivation of class VI students at SDN 5 BPR Ranau Tengah. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method using observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed through the steps of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data is done by triangulating the data. The results of this study are that when carrying out the Hypnoteaching method, educators at SDN 5 BPR Ranau Tengah have not implemented it optimally because there are several steps that have not been carried out as in the first observation the teacher conveys learning objectives to students but during the first observation the educator does not inform students and Participants who lack confidence in the learning process take place, Many students are still confused about the learning process using the Hypnoteaching method and Many students chat when the teacher explains the material so that some students do not understand the material presented during the learning process. Observations of the two educators gave yells at the learning process but at this step the educator did not give yells to students, this caused the implementation than optimal.
