Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN PRAKTIKUM VIRTUAL BERBASIS WEB�EDUCATIVE TERHADAP PENINGKATAN SIKAP ILMIAH PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN BIOLOGI KELAS X SMA Oleh : MAYCHA ERLIANA SARI Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan media praktikum virtual berbasis web-educative dilihat dari segi kelayakan dan keefektifan media praktikum virtual berbasis web-educative dalam meningkatkan sikap ilmiah peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research & Development (RnD) dengan tahap pengembangan oleh Borg and Gall sampai dengan 9 tahapan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket validasi ahli (media, bahasa, dan materi), angket respon peserta didik, angket sikap ilmiah peserta didik , dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian kelayakan media praktikum virtual berbasis web-educative terlihat dari hasil persentase rata-rata validator ahli media sebesar 91,5%, validator ahli materi sebesar 87,5%%, dan validator ahli bahasa sebesar 94%% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata dari ketiga validator memiliki kriteria “Sangat Layak” dan untuk respon peserta didik rata�rata sebesar 85,33% dengan kriteria “Sangat Menarik”. Kemudian untuk melihat keefektifan media dilihat dari hasil uji t independent menggunakan uji Paired Sampel dengan hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 0,000<0,05. Dengan rata-rata nilai N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 59.78% dan kelas kontrol sebesar 39.82%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media praktikum virtual berbasis web�educative sangat layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran biologi dalam meningkatkan sikap ilmiah peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Natar. This type of research is Research & Development (RnD) with development stages by Borg and Gall up to 9 stages. The instruments used in this study were expert validation questionnaires (media, language, and material), student response questionnaires, student scientific attitude questionnaires, and documentation. Cluster random sampling technique. The results of the web-educative virtual practicum media feasibility research can be seen from the results of the average percentage of media expert validators of 91.5%, material expert validators of 87.5%, and linguist validators of 94% so that it can be concluded that the average of the three validators has the criteria of "Very Feasible" and for the average student response of 85.33% with the criteria of "Very Interesting". Then to see the effectiveness of the media seen from the results of the independent t test using the Paired Sample test with results obtained of 0.000<0.05. With an average N-Gain value of the experimental class of 59.78% and the control class of 39.82%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that web-educative virtual practicum media is very feasible and effective to be used as a biology learning medium in improving the scientific attitude of grade X students at SMA Negeri 1 Natar.
