Abstract

ABSTRAK Guru merupakan komponen terpenting dalam pendidikan di sekolah. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam terlibat dalam meningkatkan suasana religius di lingkungan sekolah sebagai upaya dalam mencerminkan sekolah yang menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Sebagaimana di masa sekarang terjadi krisis moral untuk itu hal-hal negatif perlu dihindari dan munculnya berbagai tuntutan terhadap sekolah terutama dalam hal efektifitas dan efisiensi sebagai pembinaan perilaku peserta didik disekolah maupun dimasyarakat. Oleh karena itu,guru pendidikan agama islam berupaya memperbaiki akhlak peserta didik disekolah dengan meningkatkan suasana religius sehingga peserta didik berperilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai ajaran islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif atau disebut jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu data-data yang ada berupa kata�kata bukan berupa angka atau data statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data analisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan melalui purposive sampling sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah,peserta didik,staf dan guru di lingkungan SMK Analis Kesehatan Trijaya Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk upaya guru PAI dalam meningkatkan suasana religius di SMK Analis Kesehatan Trijaya Bandar Lampung yaitu menanamkan nilai-nilai agama islam melalui keteladanan,memberikan motivasi,dan membangun kerjasama dengan masyarakat. Adapun yang menjadi faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan suasana religius disekolah yaitu tidak adanya tempat wudhu khusus perempuan,tempat ibadah kurang memadai,karakteristik bawaan peserta didik masing-masing,serta perlunya kesadaran diri sedangkan yang menjadi faktor pedukung dalam meningkatkan suasana religius disekolah yaitu kedisiplinan seluruh staf dan guru di lingkungan sekolah,adanya peran serta alumni,dan dukungan dari pihak yayasan. Kata Kunci: Upaya Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam,Suasana Religius ii ABSTRACK Teachers are the most important component of education in schools. islamis religious education teachers are involved in improving the religious atmosphere in the school environment as an effort to reflect schools that instill religious values. As at present there is a moral crisis,for this reason negative things need to be avoided and the emergence of various demands on schools, especially in terms of effectiveness and efficiency as coaching the behavior of students at school and in society. Therefore, Islamic religious education teachers seek to improve the morals of students at school by increasing the religious atmosphere so that students behave in accordance with islamic values. This research is a qualitative research that is descriptive in nature or is called a type of descriptive qualitative research,that is the data is in the form of words,not in the form of numbers or statistical data. Data collection techniques through observation,interviews,and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction,data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using triangulation tehniques. The informants in this study were determined through purposive sampling while the objects in this study were school principals,students,staff and teachers in the Trijaya Health Analyst Vocational School Bandar Lampung. The results of the study show that the form of the PAI teacher’s effortsin improving the religious atmosphere at Trijaya Health Analyst Vocational School Bandar Lampung is instilling islamic religious values through example providing motivation and building cooperation with the community. As for the inhibiting factors in improving the religious atmosphere at school, namely the absence of special ablution places for women, inadequate places of worship, students bringing prayer equipment and the koran from their respective home, and the need for self-awareness while the supporting factors in improving the religious atmosphere in schools, namely the discipline of all staff and teachers in the school environment, the participation of alumni and support from the foundation.
