Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu peserta didik pada saat melakukan proses belajar mengajar masih berbasis berorientasi pada tingkat kemampuan berpikir tingkat rendah atau LOTS belum beorientasi pada tingkat kemampuan berpikir tinggi atau HOTS, yang dimana saat proses evaluasi, alat ukur atau soal yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi belum diimplementasikan terutama pada mata pelajaran PJOK, sehingga pada saat proses belajar mengajar pendidik hanya memfokuskan pada latihan�latihan fisik dilapangan dan untuk pemberian penilaian PJOK belum berbasis HOTS. Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau R&D (Reseach and Development). Penelitian ini mengacu pada model Borg and Gall yang dibatasi menjadi 7 tahapan dari 10 tahapan semula, yang meliputi potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi produk, revisi produk, uji coba produk, dan revisi desain. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu berupa skala penilaian untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk dan untuk mengetahui respon pendidik dan peserta didik terhadap kelayakan dan kemenarikan produk dengan mengumpulkan skala liker. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu mengumpulkan data hasil validasi ahli assessment, ahli bahasa, ahli materi, dan ahli media, pendidik dan peserta didik SD/MI. Instrumen tes soal latihan berbasis higher order thinking skills(HOTS) mata pelajaran PJOK kelas V yang dikembangkan “Sangat Layak atau Sangat Menarik” untuk dijadikan alat ukur bagi peserta didik dalam melatih kemampuannya berpikir tingkat tinggi. Perolehan tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan validasi dari ahli assessment, ahli media, bahasa, dan ahli materi. Hasil penilaian dari ahli assessment mencapai kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan nilai persentase 95,3%. Hasil penilaian dari ahli media mendapat kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan nilai persentase 92,5%. Hasil penilaian ahli materi mencapai kategori “Sangat Layak dengan nilai persentase yang diperoleh sebesar 90%. Kemudian, hasil penilaian ahli bahasa mencapai kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan nilai persentase yang diperoleh mencapai 92,25%. The type of research that will be carried out is research and development or R&D (Research and Development). This research refers to the Borg and Gall model which is limited to 7 stages from the original 10 stages, which include potential problems, data collection, product design, product validation, product revision, product testing, and design revision. The instrument used is an assessment scale to determine the feasibility of the product and to determine the response of educators and students to the feasibility and attractiveness of the product by collecting a liker scale. The data analysis carried out was collecting data from validation results from assessment experts, language experts, material experts and media experts, educators and elementary/MI students. The practice question test instrument based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) for class V PJOK subjects was developed "Very Appropriate or Very Interesting" to be used as a measuring tool for students in training their high-level thinking abilities. These results were obtained based on validation from assessment experts, media, language experts and material experts. The assessment results from the assessment expert reached the "Very Eligible" category with a percentage value of 95.3%. The assessment results from media experts received the "Very Decent" category with a percentage value of 92.5%. The results of the material expert assessment reached the "Very Eligible" category with a percentage value obtained of 90%. Then, the results of the language expert's assessment reached the "Very Appropriate" category with the percentage value obtained reaching 92.25%. Keywords: Test Instrument, HOTS, PJOK
