Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Giving Question And Getting Answer (GQGA) Terhadap Kemampuan Argumentasi dan Sikap Toleransi Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Biologi Oleh Apissia Prima Ningsih Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian yang sudah dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Sumberjaya diketahui bahwa pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru dan kurangnya kemampuan argumentasi serta sikap toleransi siswa kelas XI sehingga siswa kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian dilakukanlah penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model Giving Question And Getting Answer memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan argumentasi dan sikap toleransi siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Quasy Eksperimen. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tes dengan soal uraian dengan materi sistem gerak dan dengan nontes yaitu angket dan dokumetasi. Sampel dalam peneltian ini diambil menggunakan Teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Sampel peneitian terdiri dari kelas eksperimen dan juga kelas kontrol yang masing-masing kelas berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Giving Question And Getting Answer terhadap kemampuan argumentasi dan sikap toleransi siswa. perbedaan kemampuan argumentasi kelas eksperiment dan kelas kontrol yaitu 84% dengan 79% . sedangkan untuk sikap toleransi siswa kelas ekserimen 81% dan kelas kontrol 75%. Adanya pengaruh juga dapat iv dilihat dari uji hipotesis yang memperoleh 0.000<0.05 dengan demikian penelitian ini dapat menjawab rumusan masalah yang telah ditentukan. Kata kunci: kemampuan Argumentasi, Sikap Toleransi, Sistem Gerak, Giving Question and Getting Answer. v ABSTRACT The Influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) Learning Model on Students' Argumentation Ability and Tolerance in Biology Subjects By Apissia Prima Ningsih Based on the results of pre-research conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberjaya, it is known that learning is still teacher-centred and the lack of argumentation skills and tolerance of class XI students means that students are less active in the learning process. Thus, this research was carried out with the aim of finding out whether the Giving Question and Getting Answer model had an influence on students' argumentation abilities and tolerance attitudes. This research is quantitative research using the Quasy Experiment method. The research instruments used were tests with descriptive questions using movement system material and non-tests, namely questionnaires and documentation. The samples in this research were taken using the Cluster Random Sampling Technique. The research sample consisted of an experimental class and a control class, each class consisting of 30 students. The results of this research are that there is an influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on students' argumentation abilities and tolerance attitudes. The difference in the argumentation abilities of the experimental class and the control class is 84% and 79%. Meanwhile, the tolerance attitude of students in the experimental class was 81% and the control class was 75%. The existence of an influence can also be seen from the hypothesis test vi which obtained 0.000<0.05, thus this research can answer the problem formulation that has been determined.
