Abstract

ABSTRAK Pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis Islam memegang peranan penting dalam mengembangkan dan menanamkan akhlak dan mental bagi santri untuk menghasilkan manusia yang berbudi pekerti luhur yang berhubungan dengan sesama manusia, hubungan dengan alam dan hubungan dengan Allah swt. Sehingga dapat dirasakan menjadi rahmat bagi semesta alam. Pondok Pesantren Al- Huda, sebagai institusi Pendidikan Islam menjadi wadah generasi atau remaja yang mencerminkan kepribadian luhur mereka. Institusi tersebut dinyatakan berhasil ketika mampu mewariskan akhlak pada santrinya. Namun sayangnya akhlak yang diharapkan tersebut tidak tercermin secara utuh dalam perilaku keseharian santri khususnya dalam internal sekolah maupun pesanteran. Misalnya ketika bertemu dengan guru atau teman sebaya kecenderungan kata atau kalimat yang digunakan “halo pak, halo mas bro”. selain itu perilaku santri yang duduk di atas meja saat mata pelajaran kosong. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah di atas, maka dapat dikemukakan pokok masalahnya yaitu “Bagaimana Peran Manajemen Dakwah dalam Pembinaan Akhlak Santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Huda Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampumg Selatan”? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, maka dirumuskan permasalahan sebagai berikut: Bagaimana Manajemen Dakwah Pondok Pesantren Al-Huda Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dalam Pembinaan Akhlak Santri? Bagaimana Metode Pembinaan Akhlak Santri di Pondok PesantrenAl-Huda Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampumg Selatan? Apa kendala yang dihadapi di Pondok Pesantren Al-Huda Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampumg Selatan dalam Pembinaan Akhlak Santri? Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yaitu pengumpulan data dari responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan iii ialah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, analisis perbandingan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini ialah: Aktivitas dakwah dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas akhlak santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Huda Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan adalah sebagai berikut: Kegiatan rutin harian, kegiatan mingguan, rutinan bulanan, rutinitas tahunan dan kegiatan tambahan yang disarankan oleh pengasuh pesantren berupa sholat-sholat sunnah, puasa sunnah, hingga anjuran membaca surat Al-Qur‟an di waktu tertentu. implementasi manajemen dakwah dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas akhlak santri di pondok pesantren Al-Huda Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, meliputi: (1) Perencanaan (Planning), dengan menggolongkan perencanaan menjadi dua yaitu perencanaan dalam jangka pendek dan perencanaan dalam jangka panjang.(2) Pengorganisasian (organizing) untuk memudahkan mencapai tujuan tersebut dengan dibaginya tugas dan wewenang yang telah ditetapkan oleh pengasuh. (3) Pergerakan/ Pelaksanaan (actuating) yang dilakukan sepeti: pemberian motivasi, pembimbingan, menjalin hubungan, komunikasi. (4) Pengawasan (controlling) merupakan langkah untuk memperbaiki permasalahan yang menjadikan kegiatan yang sudah di rencanakan, dan sudah dilaksakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Huda Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan belum mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan dan evaluasi dari kegiatan yang sudah berjalan dijadikan pembelajaran untuk kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan. Keywords: Manajamen Dakwah, Pembinaan, Akhlak, Santri. iv ABSTRACT Islamic boarding schools as Islamic-based educational institutions play an important role in developing and instilling morals and mentality for students to produce human beings with noble character who relate to fellow humans, relationships with nature and relationships with Allah SWT. So it can be felt as a blessing for the universe. Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School, as an Islamic educational institution, is a place for generations or teenagers to reflect their noble personalities. The institution is declared successful when it is able to pass on morals to its students. . However, unfortunately, the expected morals are not fully reflected in the daily behavior of students, especially within schools and Islamic boarding schools. For example, when meeting teachers or peers, the tendency is to use the words or sentences "hello sir, hello bro". Apart from that, the behavior of students who sit on the table when the subject is empty. Based on the background of the problem above, the main problem can be stated, namely "What is the Role of Da'wah Management in the Moral Development of Santri at the Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency"? To answer this question, the problem is formulated as follows: How is the Da'wah Management of the Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency in the Development of Santri Morals? What is the method for developing morals for students at the Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency? What are the obstacles faced at the Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency in developing the Morals of Santri? What is the method for developing morals for students at the Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency? What are the obstacles faced at the Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency in developing the Morals of Santri? This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods, namely collecting data from respondents. The data collection methods used v are observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis methods use data reduction, data presentation, comparative analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are: Da'wah activities in an effort to improve the moral quality of students at Al-Huda Islamic Boarding School, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency are as follows: Daily routine activities, weekly activities, monthly routines, annual routines and additional activities suggested by Islamic boarding school caregivers. in the form of sunnah prayers, sunnah fasting, and recommendations for reading Al-Qur'an letters at certain times. implementation of da'wah management in an effort to improve the moral quality of students at the Al-Huda Islamic boarding school, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, includes: (1) Planning, by classifying planning into two, namely short-term planning and long-term planning.(2 ) Organizing to make it easier to achieve these goals by dividing the tasks and authority that have been determined by the caregiver. (3) Movement/execution (actuating) carried out includes: providing motivation, mentoring, establishing relationships, communication. (4) Supervision (controlling) is a step to correct problems that result in activities that have been planned and carried out at the Al�Huda Islamic Boarding School, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, have not obtained satisfactory results and the evaluation of activities that have been carried out can be used as a lesson for activities to be carried out.
