Abstract

ABSTRAK Perekonomian negara saat ini semakin kompetetif disertai dengan dunia bisnis yang semakin maju, terutama pada perekonomian yang berbasis syariah. Salah satu peluang yang menjadi indicator pertumbuhan ekonomi syariah adalah layanan transaksi yang berbasis digital yang telah diterapkan pada bank umum syariah yang berada di Indonesia. Pertumbuhan pada perbankan ini tentunya tidak lepas dari pandangan investor atau penyandang dana, sebelum menginvestasikan dananya para investor tentu akan melihat nilai dari perusahaan tersebut untuk melihat apakah saham perusahaan tersebut layak dibeli atau tidak dan apakah perusahaan tersebut memiliki nilai atau tidak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sedangkan sifat penelitiannya yaitu deskriptif Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada website resmi BUS yang menjadi objek penelitian dan terdaftar di BEI pada periode - . Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan selama periode pengamatan, yaitu dari tahun hingga yang dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Variabel Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel Intellectual Capital dan Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Intellectual Capital, Islamic Corporate Governance dan Nilai Perusahaan. ABSTRACK The country’s economy is currently increasingly competitive accompanied by an increasingly advanced business world, especially in sharia based economies. One of the opportunities that is an indicator of sharia economic growth is digital based transaction services which have been implemented in sharia commercial banks in Indonesia.This growth in banking certainly cannot be separated from the views of investors or financiers. Before investing their funds, investors will of course look at value or the company to see whether the company’s share are worth buying or not and whether the company has value or not. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. Meanwhile, the nature of the research is descriptive. The location of this research was carried out on the official BUS website which is the object of research and is registered on the IDX in the - period. Secondary data used in this research is annual report and financial reports during the observation period, namely from to which were published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The result of this study are that the Intellectual Capital Variable has an effect on firm value at Islamic Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) variable has no effect on company value at islamic Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Intellectual Capital and Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) variables simultaneously have an influence on company value at Islamic Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
