Abstract

ABSTRAK Wawancara yang dilakukan kepada guru BK pada melaksanakan layanan konseling untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik didapatkan bahwa terdapat beberapa peserta didik yang pelanggaran kedisiplinan (terlambat masuk sekolah) hal ini harus segera di selesaikan mengingat kedisiplinan peserta didik di sekolah sangat penting bagi keberlangsungan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui gambaran, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kedisiplinan peserta didik di SMK YBIP Tumijajar Tulang Bawang Barat. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian kualitatif, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memngungkap kejadian atau fakta, keadaan, fenomena, dan keadaan yang terjadi saat penelitian berlangsung dan menyuguhkan apa yang sebenarnya terjadi. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Bimbingan dan Konseling serta peserta didik kelas X Farmasi SMK YPIB Tumijajar Tulang Bawang Barat, untuk memunculkan subjek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan hasil subjek penelitian ada 4 (empat) peserta didik kelas X Farmasi yaitu FS, FAJ, RIS dan DO. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggaran kedisiplinan yang di lakukan oleh beberapa peserta didik dengan dominan pelanggaran terlambat datang ke sekolah. Pelanggaran yang di lakukan oleh beberapa peserta didik dengan inisial FS, FAJ, RIS, DO dengan dominan pelanggaran terlambat datang ke sekolah tahapan-tahapan pada perencanaan pelaksanaan konseling dengan teknik SFBC dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan waktu peserta didik, yakni dalam perencanaan konseling individual terdapat identifikasi kebutuhan akan layanan teknik. Tahap pelaksanaan konseling dengan teknik SFBC terdapat tahap awal yakni topik netral atau salam pembuka, tahap inti yakni menjelaskan mengenai materi yang akan disampaikan dan tujuan, serta manfaat di dalam pelaksanaan layanan, dan tahap akhir yakni memberikan apresiasi kepada peserta didik atas partisipasi nya pada saat berlangsungnya layanan. The purpose of this research is to know the description, planning, implementation and evaluation of the discipline of students at SMK YBIP Tumijajar Tulang Bawang Barat. This research is included in this study the authors use descriptive research which is a type of qualitative research, the purpose of this research is to uncover events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, and circumstances that occurred during the research and present what actually happened. Data collection procedures using interviews, observation and documentation. Participants in this study were Guidance and Counseling teachers and students of class X Pharmacy at SMK YPIB Tumijajar Tulang Bawang Barat, to bring up the subjects in this study using a purposive sampling technique with the results of the study subjects there were 4 (four) students in class X Pharmacy, namely FS, FAJ, RIS and DO. The results obtained in this study are that discipline is very important and is the obligation of students in order to become good students by following and obeying the rules that exist in school, but not all students are able to carry out the rules that have been set properly. Violations were committed by some students with dominant violations coming to school late. Violations were committed by several students with the initials FS, FAJ, RIS, DO with dominant violations arriving late to school. The stages in planning the implementation of counseling with the SFBC technique in improving students' time discipline, namely in planning individual counseling there is an identification of the need for technical services. The stage of implementing counseling with the SFBC technique has the initial stage, namely neutral topics or greetings, the core stage, namely explaining the material to be delivered and the objectives, as well as the benefits in implementing the service, and the final stage, namely giving appreciation to students for their participation during the service.
