Abstract

ABSTRAK Transaksi digital yang kian marak di Indonesia memicu kenaikan jumlah uang elektronik (e-money), salah satunya yaitu LinkAja. LinkAja memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya untuk melakukan transaksi karena hanya menggunakan apikasi. Namun masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum beralih ke uang elektronik LinkAja. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah e�service quality, trust dan information quality secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas penggunaan LinkAja dan apakah e�service quality, trust dan information quality berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas penggunaan LinkAja dalam perspektif Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality, trust dan information quality secara parsial terhadap loyalitas penggunaan LinkAja dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality, trust dan information quality terhadap loyalitas penggunaan LinkAja dalam perspektif Islam Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling, jenisnya yaitu simple random sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Uji yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas penggunaan LinkAja, trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas penggunaan LinkAja dan information quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas penggunaan LinkAja. Kemudian e-service quality, trust, dan information quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas penggunaan LinkAja dalam perspektif Islam. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether e-service quality, trust and information quality partially influence loyalty in using LinkAja and whether e-service quality, trust and information quality influence loyalty in using LinkAja from an Islamic perspective. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of e-service quality, trust and information quality partially on loyalty in using LinkAja and to determine the influence of e-service quality, trust and information quality on loyalty in using LinkAja from an Islamic perspective. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, the type is simple random sampling. With a sample size of 100 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The tests used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination. Data was processed using SPSS 24. The research results show that e-service quality has a significant effect on loyalty to using LinkAja, trust has a significant effect on loyalty to using LinkAja and information quality has a significant effect on loyalty to using LinkAja. Then e-service quality, trust, and information quality have a significant effect on loyalty in using LinkAja from an Islamic perspective.
