Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data hasil pra penelitian yang dilakukan dikelas III menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep peserta didik masih tergolong rendah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas III terdapat 38 peserta didik dengan persentase 66% belum mencapai KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal), sedangkan 18 peserta didik dengan persentase 34% telah mencapai KKM. Rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik disebabkan karena peserta didik kurang memahami konsep matematika, selain itu metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru belum bervariatif, sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi bosan dan jenuh. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka penulis menawarkan metode Aritmatika Plus Intelegensi Quantum (APIQ) yang kedepannya dalam proses pembelajaran peserta didik menjadi lebih memahami konsep matematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimental design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 2 kelas yaitu kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode Aritmatika Plus Intelegensi Quantum (APIQ) dan kelas IV B sebagai kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan metode diskusi. Teknik analisis instrumen menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya beda. Teknis analisis prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan pengujian uji normalitas, uji homogenitas diperoleh bahwa sampel berdistribusi normal dan homogen atau memiliki varian-varian yang sama, dan hasil uji hipotesis (uji-t) kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika dapat dilihat bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti diterima dan ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Aritmatika Plus Intelegensi Quantum (APIQ) berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika sekolah dasar. This is proven by the mathematics learning results of class III students, there are 38 students with a percentage of 66% who have not reached the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria), while 18 students with a percentage of 34% have reached the KKM. The low learning outcomes of students are caused by students not understanding mathematical concepts, besides that the learning methods used by teachers are not varied, so the learning process becomes bored and saturated. Based on these problems, the author offers the Arithmetic Plus Quantum Intelligence (APIQ) method which in the future in the learning process students will understand mathematical concepts better. The method used in the research is quantitative with a quasi experimental design type of research. The population in this study was class IV students, the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 2 classes, namely class IV A as the experimental class using the Arithmetic Plus Quantum Intelligence (APIQ) method and class IV B as the control class using the discussion method. Instrument analysis techniques use validity, reliability, level of difficulty and difference power. The prerequisite analysis technique uses the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing using the t-test. Based on the normality test, homogeneity test, it was found that the sample was normally distributed and homogeneous or had the same variants, and the results of the hypothesis test (t-test) on the ability to understand mathematical concepts could be seen that the sig. (2- tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, which means H_1 is accepted and H_0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the Arithmetic Plus Quantum Intelligence (APIQ) method influences the understanding of elementary school mathematics concepts.
