Abstract

ABSTRACT Academic supervision is organized to foster and provide service to teachers, developing their ability to manage processes learning for the achievement of learning objectives. Learning objectives that. It means increasing the competence of students and realizing goals from the holding of supervision to improve teacher performance. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Bandarlampung and MAN 2 Bandarlampung, with the aim of being able to describe and analyze related implementation of academic supervision by the principal to improve performance teacher. This research focuses on three aspects, namely: (1) Supervision planning academic at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in Bandarlampung City. (2) Implementation of academic supervision in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) throughout the City Bandarlampung. (3) Evaluation and follow-up of academic supervision in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in Bandarlampung City. Methods researchers used In this study, it is a qualitative approach with phenomenological design. The data collection technique uses interview, observation and hacked after the data is collected, then the data coding process is carried out and do Data validity using credibility and confirmability tests. The research findings obtained are: (1) Implementation process academic supervision to improve teacher performance in MAN throughout the City Bandarlampung, includes: (a) Planning: delegation and team formation supervision, determine the schedule for the implementation of academic supervision, prepare supervision instruments, (b) Implementation: realization of plans, using hands-on approach, using techniques of class visits, class observation, and visits between classes, (c) Evaluation: assessing learning tools and teacher methods teaching in class, discussing with teachers. (d) Follow-up academic supervision Done by reviewing the results of the assessment, considering supervision input. (2) The results of academic supervision in improving teacher performance in MAN throughout the City Bandarlampung includes: (a) Obtaining consistent teacher supervision scores, (b) Consistent acquisition of grades as a mark of professional teachers. Keywords: supervision, academic supervision, a teacher viii التجريد ّ يقام اإلشراف الدراسي لتعزيز وتقدمي اخلدمات للمعلمني، وتنمية قدرهتم على إدارة عملية التعلم لتحقيق أهداف التعلم. اهلدف التعليم املقصود هو زايدة كفاءة الطالب وحتقيق أهداف اإلشراف لتحسني أداء املعلم . مت إجراء هذا البحث ف املدرسة العالية احلكومية 1 بندار المبونج و املدرسة الع الية احلكومية 2 بندار المبونج ، هبدف التمكن من وصف من قبل مديري املدارس لتحسني أداء املعلم. يركز هذا البحث على ثالثة جوانب ، وهي: ) ّ وحتليل تنفيذ اإلشراف الدراسي 1 )التخطيط ف املدرسة العالية احلكومية ّ لإلشراف الدراسي ف مجيع أحناء املدينة بندار المبونج. )2 )تن ف املدرسة العالية احلكومية ّ فيذ اإلشراف الدراسي ف مجيع أحناء املدينة بندار المبونج. )3 ف املدرسة العالية احلكومية ّ ( تقييم ومتابعة اإلشراف الدراسي ف مجيع أحناء املدينة بندار المبونج. طريقة البحث املستخدمة ف هذه الدراسة هي منهج نوعي بتصميم ظاهري. تستخدم تقنية مجع البياانت تقنيات املقابلة واملالحظة والقرصنة، وبعد مجع البياانت، تتم عملية تشفري البياانت ويتم تنفيذ صحة البياانت ابستخدام اختبار املصداقية والتأكيد. نتائج البحث اليت مت احلصول عليها هي: )1 لتحسني أداء املعلم ف ّ ( عملية تنفيذ اإلشراف الدراسي مجيع أحناء املدينة بندار المبونج، وتشمل: ، وإعداد اإلشراف. األدوات، )ب( التنفيذ: حتق ّ )أ( التخطيط: تفويض وتشكيل فريق إشراف، وحتديد اجلدول الزمين لتنفيذ اإلشراف الدراسي يق اخلطة، ابستخدام هنج مباشر، واستخدام تقنيات الزايرة الصفية، واملالحظة الصفية، والزايرات بني الفصول، )ج( التقييم: تقييم أدوات التعلم من خالل مراجعة نتائج التقييم، مع ّ والطريقة اليت يدرس هبا املعلم ف الفصل، واملناقشة مع املعلم. )د( تتم متابعة اإلشراف الدراسي األخذ ف االعتبار املدخالت اإلشرافية. )2 ف حتسني أداء ّ ( تشمل نتائج اإلشراف الدراسي املعلم ف املدينة بندار المبونج ما يلي: )أ( احلصول على درجات متسقة من إشراف املعلم، )ب( احلصول على درجات متسقة كعالمة على املعلم احملرتف. الكلمات املفتاحية: اإل شراف، اإل شراف ّ الدراسي، أداء املعلم
