Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembiayaan murabahah yang digunakan di BSI ada dua jenis kebutuhan yaitu pembiayaan yang bersifat konsumtif dan produktif. Sehingga keberadaan BSI KC Kedaton Bandar Lampung sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi nasabah dengan mengembangkan usaha produktifitas pada pinjaman modal komersial, tabungan, serta memberikan bimbingan dan pendanaan bagi usaha kecil. Oleh karena itu, BSI bisa digunakan sebagai cara untuk menyejahterakan ekonomi para nasabah guna meningkatkan modal komersial masyarakat dengan memberikan pembiayaan. Dengan permasalahan saat ini ialah masih banyaknya masyarakat di sekitar BSI yang masih belum sejahtera. Yang disebabkan kekurangannya modal atau dana untuk menjalankan usahanya. Pada penelitian ini kami meneliti tentang akad Murabahah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembiayaannya beserta pencapaian BSI dalam memberikan pembiayaan Murabahah kepada para nasabah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Produk jual beli dengan akad murabahah banyak diminati. Murabahah merupakan akad jual beli barang yang mudah dan jelas, karena nasabah terlebih dahulu diberitahu berapa harga perolehan dan keuntungan (margin) yang diambil penjual kepada pembeli untuk kemudian disetujui.suatu sistem pemikiran, ataupun suatu kelas peristiwa pada masa sekarang. Penerapan pembiayaan murabahah yang dilakukan oleh BSI KC Kedaton Bandar Lampung adalah perjanjian jual-beli. Dimana bank syariah bertindak sebagai penjual dan nasabah sebagai pembeli. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Pembiayaan Murabahah, dan Produktivitas Ekonomi. ABSTRACT There are two types of murabahah financing used by BSI, namely consumptive and productive financing. So that the existence of BSI KC Kedaton Bandar Lampung is very important in improving the economic welfare of customers by developing business productivity in commercial capital loans, savings, and providing guidance and funding for small businesses. Therefore, BSI can be used as a way to improve the economic welfare of customers in order to increase the commercial capital of the community by providing financing. The current problem is that there are still many people around BSI who are still not prosperous. This is caused by a lack of capital or funds to run the business. In this study, we examine the Murabahah contract to find out how the financing process and the achievements of BSI in providing Murabahah financing to customers. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that buying and selling products with murabahah contracts are in great demand. Murabahah is an easy and clear contract of sale and purchase of goods, because the customer is first informed of the acquisition price and profit (margin) taken by the seller to the buyer for later approval. a system of thought, or a class of events in the present. The implementing murabahah financing carried out by BSI KC Kedaton Bandar Lampung is a sale�purchase agreement. Where Islamic banks act as sellers and customers as buyers.
