Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung selama 5 tahun terakhir menggambarkan kondisi perekonomian yang mengalami fluktuasi. Selama periode tersebut, PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) menunjukkan pergerakan naik dan turun yang mengindikasikan adanya variasi dalam kinerja ekonomi. Keadaan ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah peningkatan permintaan agregat yang mencakup berbagai sektor ekonomi. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini apakah ada pengaruh kemiskinan,IPM secara parsial dan simultan,bagaimana perspektif ekonomi islam terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemiskinan,IPM secara parsial dan simultan,untuk mengetahui perspektif ekonomi islam terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi lampung. Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis data yang digunakan yaitu sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS Provinsi Lampung. Analisis data yang digunakan data gabungan time series dan cross section (5 Tahun). Untuk proses analisis regresi data panel dengan alat bantu Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini secara dapat disimpulkan secara simultan kemiskinan dan indeks pembangunan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Sedangkan secara parsial kemiskinan berpegaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dan indeks pembangunan manusia negatif tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dalam pandangan ekonomi Islam, pertumbuhan ekonomi seharusnya tidak hanya menguntungkan sebagian kecil masyarakat, tetapi juga harus berdampak positif pada seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Masyarakat yang lebih adil dan berkeadilan akan mendorong peningkatan IPM dan mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan. Oleh karena itu, dalam Islam, penting untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi, distribusi yang adil, dan kesejahteraan umat Kata Kunci: Kemiskinan, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. ABSTRACT The economic growth in the Lampung Province over the past 5 years depicts a fluctuating economic condition. During this period, the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) showed fluctuations, indicating variations in economic performance. This situation is influenced by several factors, one of which is the increase in aggregate demand across various economic sectors. The research problem in this study is whether poverty has a partial and simultaneous influence, and what is the Islamic economic perspective on economic growth in the Lampung Province. The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of poverty and the Human Development Index (HDI) and to understand the Islamic economic perspective on economic growth in the Lampung Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, and the data used are secondary data obtained from the Lampung Provincial Statistics Agency (BPS). Data analysis employs a combination of time series and cross-sectional data (5 years). The data panel regression analysis is conducted using the Eviews 9 software. The results of this research can be summarized as follows: simultaneously, both poverty and the Human Development Index have a significant impact on economic growth. However, partially, poverty has a significant negative effect on economic growth, while the Human Development Index has a negative but not significant effect on economic growth. From an Islamic economic perspective, economic growth should not only benefit a small portion of society but should also have a positive impact on all segments of society. A more just and equitable society will promote an increase in the HDI and reduce poverty rates. Therefore, in Islam, it is essential to maintain a balance between economic growth, fair distribution, and the welfare of the people. Keywords: Poverty, Human Development Index, Economic Growth.
