Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya ibu di lingkungan di Desa Sukamaju yang mayoritas pekerjaanya sebagai petani masih belum menerapkan sarapan bergizi bagi anak, sehingga asupan zat gizi dari sarapan belum sesuai dengan anjuran gizi seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh edukasi sarapan bergizi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu. Pengetahuan Ibu yang masih kurang dalam konsep sarapan yang bergizi dan sikap ibu yang masih acuh terhadap pembekalan sarapan bergizi dengan mengganti memberi uang untuk dibelikan jajajan diluar. Metode dalam Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif dengan desain quasy experimental time series. Jenis uji yang digunakan adalah Uji Wilcoxon. Responden diberikan berupa intervensi edukasi sarapan bergizi dengan menggunakan Media Leaflet sebanyak satu kali. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sukamaju Lampung Utara Kecamatan Abung Semuli dengan melibatkan 47 responden dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa rata-rata skor pengetahuan sebelum diberikan intervensi sebesar 62.02, dan pengetahuan sesudah diberikan intervensi sebesar 71.06, sedangkan sikap sebelum diberikan intervensi sebesar 61.45, dan sikap sesudah sebesar 68.09 mengenai sarapan bergizi dengan menggunakan Media Leaflet meningkat. Berdasarkan analisis stastitik diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan p< 0,05 antara edukasi sarapan bergizi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap responden. Hal itu menyebabkan H0 di tolak terhadap pengaruh edukasi sarapan bergizi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap ibu. Disimpulkan, bahwa edukasi sarapan bergizi dengan menggunakan media leaflet dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu mengenai sarapan bergizi. This research aims to analyze the effect of nutritious breakfast education on mothers’ knowledge and attitudes. Knowledge of mothers who are still lacking in cooking nutritious breakfasts and caring for mothers who are still concemed about providing nutritious breakfast by substituting money to busy snacks outside. The method in this study was a quantitative research with quasy ekperimental time series design. The type of test used was the Wilcoxon Test. Respondents were given a nutritious breakfast educational intervention using Media Leaflets once. This research was conducted in Sukamaju Village, North Lampung, Abung Semuli District, involving 47 respondents. With a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study showed that the average score of knowledge before the intervention was 62.02, and knowledge after the intervention was 71.06, while the attitude before the intervention was 61.45, and the attitude after the intervention was 68.09 regarding a nutritious breakfast using Leaflet Media increased. Based on statistical analysis, it is known that there is a significant effect p<0.05 between nutritious breakfast education on the knowledge and attitudes of respondents. This causes H0 to be rejected for the effect of nutritious breakfast education on mother's knowledge and attitudes. It was concluded that nutritious breakfast education leaflet media can increase mothers' knowledge and attitudes regarding nutritious breakfast.
