Abstract

ABSTRAK Bullying pada siswa dilingkungan sekolah dapat menciptakan suasana lingkungan yang kurang mendukung terhadap perkembangan siswa, baik dalam bidang akademik maupun bidang sosial, prilaku bullying adalah dimana ada hasrat untuk melukai, menakuti, atau membuat orang lain merasa tertekan, trauma, depresi dan tak berdaya. Konseling rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) sangat berperan penting dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan konseling rational emotive behavior therapy untuk menangani bullying pada siswa-siswi di SMPN 1 Mekakau Ilir, oku selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penerapan konseling rational emotive behavior therapy antara guru BK siswa-siswi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan bullying yang ada di sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan field research yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling jumlah informan 12 orang yang terdiri dari 1 orang guru BK, 6 orang pelaku, 5 orang korban. Teknik pengupulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data Miles dan Humberman yakni: display data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. , tahap display data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan Prilaku bullying pada siswa kelas VII di SMPN 1 Mekakau Ilir Oku Selatan yaitu memanggil dengan dengan nama orang tua, mendiskriminasi karena perbedaan ekonomi, memanggil dengan nama julukan, mengintimidasi psikis dan tindakn agresif. Teknik konseling REBT untuk meminimalisir prilaku bullying menggunakan 1) teknik berfikir secara rasional. 2) teknik prilaku. Tahapan-tahapan konseling REBT dengan tiga teknik, 1. teknik kognitif (pembentukan pekerjaan rumah). 2. Teknik efektif (korban bullying bermain peran untuk pelaku tertentu agar menghilangkan prilaku korban bullying yang negatif).3. iii teknik behavioristic, ( mendorong korban bullying kearah prilaku yang rasional dengan memberikan reward atau hukuman). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan konseling rational emotive behavior therapy untuk meminimalisir prilaku bullying di SMPN 1 mekakau ilir telah berhasil dilakukan dan mendapat efek yang positif. Bullying behavior is where there is a desire to hurt, scare or make other people feel stressed, traumatized, depressed and helpless. Rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) counseling plays a very important role in dealing with these problems. This research aims to determine the implementation of rational emotive behavior therapy counseling to deal with bullying among students at SMPN 1 Mekakau Ilir, South Oku. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of implementing rational emotive behavior therapy counseling between student guidance and counseling teachers is in solving bullying problems at school. This type of research is field research which is descriptive qualitative in nature. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the number of informants was 12 people, consisting of 1 guidance counselor, 6 perpetrators, 5 victims. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses Miles and Humberman data reduction, namely: data display, verification and drawing conclusions. , data display, verification and conclusion drawing stages. The results of this research show that the application of bullying behavior to class VII students at SMPN 1 Mekakau Ilir Oku Selatan is calling them by their parents' names, discriminating because of economic differences, calling them by nicknames, psychological intimidation and aggressive actions. The REBT counseling technique to minimize bullying behavior uses 1) rational thinking techniques. 2) behavioral techniques. Stages of REBT counseling with three techniques, 1. cognitive techniques (formation of homework). 2. Effective techniques (bullying victims play roles for certain perpetrators in order to eliminate negative bullying victim behavior). 3. behavioristic techniques, (encouraging victims of v bullying towards rational behavior by providing rewards or punishments). The conclusion of this research is that the application of rational emotive behavior therapy counseling to minimize bullying behavior at SMPN 1 Mekakau Ilir has been successful and has had a positive effect.
