Abstract

ABSTRAK Kompetensi personalia yang berkualitas akan berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan tata usahanya, karena salah satu hal untuk menunjang kualitas pelayanan tata usaha di sekolah yaitu perlu adanya pegawai tata usaha yang mampu melayani segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan ketatausahaan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Adakah Pengaruh Kompetensi Personalia Terhadap Pelayanan Tata Usaha Di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ma’ruf Margodadi?”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi personalia terhadap pelayanan tata usaha di MA Al-Ma’ruf Margodadi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Kemudian populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 responden yaitu seluruh siswa/siswi MA Al-Ma’ruf Margodadi yang duduk di kelas 11. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 62 dengan menggunakan Teknik Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment dari pearson. Sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kompetensi personalia terhadap pelayanan tata usaha di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ma’ruf Margodadi Tanggamus Lampung. Besarnya pengaruh antara dua variabel tersebut dapat dilihat dari besarnya nilai R Square adalah sebesar 0,158 atau 15,8%. Angka 15,8% menunjukan pengaruh yang rendah, dengan melihat kondisi di lapangan. Hal ini berarti kontribusi variabel X (kompetensi personalia) terhadap variabel Y (pelayanan tata usaha) adalah sebesar 15,8%. Sedangkan selebihnya yaitu 84,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel atau faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Is there an influence of personnel competence on administrative services at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ma'ruf Margodadi?". The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of personnel competence on administrative services at MA Al-Ma'ruf Margodadi. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with field research. Then the population in this study totaled 160 respondents, namely all students of MA Al-Ma'ruf Margodadi who were in grade 11. There were 62 research samples using the Slovin Technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Validity test using product moment correlation from pearson. While the reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach technique with the help of SPSS 26. Data analysis techniques use normality tests and homogeneity tests. To find out the results of this study, the authors used a simple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study concluded that there was a positive influence between personnel competence on administrative services at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ma'ruf Margodadi Tanggamus Lampung. The magnitude of the influence between the two variables can be seen from the magnitude of the R Square value of 0.158 or 15.8%. The figure of 15.8% shows a low effect, by looking at the conditions on the ground. This means that the contribution of variable X (personnel competency) to variable Y (administrative services) is 15.8%. While the remaining 84.2% is influenced by other variables or factors outside of this study. Keywords: Competency of Personnel, Administrative Services
