Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar peserta didik yang masih rendah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Giving Question and Getting Answer terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas IV di MIN 1 Tanggamus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh peserta didik kelas IV MIN 1 Tanngamus yaitu sebanyak 92 peserta didik dan pada penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 62 peserta didik dengan penjabaran kelas IV B kelas eksperimen dengan model Giving Question and Getting Answer 30 peserta didik dan kelas IV A kelas control dengan model Discovery Learning 32 peserta didik. Jenis penelitian eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen Design yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk motivasi berupa pre-test dan post-test kemudian di analisis dengan uji-t, sebelumnya data tersebut diuji prasyarat dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model Giving Question and Getting Answer terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan dalam pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis data uji Anova yaitu uji paired sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh taraf signifikan (sig) < 0,05 yaitu 0,00 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima pada penelitian ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran di kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model Giving Question and Getting Answer berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas IV di MIN 1 Tanggamus. Kata kunci : Motivasi belajar, Giving Question and Getting Answer. iii ABSTRACT The problem in this research is that students' learning motivation is still low. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model on the learning motivation of class IV students at MIN 1 Tanggamus. The population in this study were all students in class IV MIN 1 Tanngamus, namely 92 students and in this study the sample used was 62 students with the description of class IV B, experimental class using the Giving Question and Getting Answer model, 30 students and class IV A class. control with the Discovery Learning model for 32 students. The type of experimental research used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design. The design used in this research is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The data collection technique for motivation is in the form of a pre-test and post-test and then analyzed using the t-test. Previously, the data was prerequisitely tested with a normality test and homogeneity test. The results of this research show that there is an influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer model on students' learning motivation. This is proven in hypothesis testing using Anova test data analysis, namely the paired sample t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, a significance level (sig) < 0.05 was obtained, namely 0.00 < 0.05, which indicates that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted in this study. It can be concluded that learning in the experimental class using the Giving Question and Getting Answer model has an effect on the learning motivation of class IV students at MIN 1 Tanggamus.
