Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana model pembelajaran synectics yang dibantu dengan aplikasi bimbelbee multimedia dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis dan self reliance siswa di kelas VIII SMP Islam Tias Bangun. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat satu variabel bebas yaitu model pembelajaran synectics berbantuan aplikasi bimbelbee multimedia (X) dan dua variabel terikat yaitu, kemampuan literasi matematis (Y1) dan kemampuan self reliance (Y2). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode kuantitatif jenis quasy eksperiment. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah empat kelas. Dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling terdapat tiga kelas sebagai sampel penelitian, yaitu kelas VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen I diberikan model pembelajaran synectics berbantuan aplikasi bimbelbee multimedia, VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen II diberikan model pembelajaran synectics, dan VIII D sebagai kelas kontrol diberikan model pembelajaran ekspositori. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi matematis dan intrumen angket untuk mengukur kemampuan self reliance. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah uji manova dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Dari pengolahan data diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan literasi matematis dan self reliance pada siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran model synectics berbantuan aplikasi bimbelbee multimedia dengan siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran model ekspositori; (2) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan literasi matematis pada siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran model synectics berbantuan aplikasi bimbelbee multimedia dengan siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran model ekspositori; (3) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan self reliance pada siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran model synectics berbantuan aplikasi bimbelbee multimedia dengan siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran model ekspositori. Kata kunci : Synectics, bimbelbee multimedia, literasi matematis, self reliance. iv ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the synectics learning model assisted by the multimedia bimbelbee application can influence the mathematical literacy skills and self-reliance of students in class VIII of SMP Islam Tias Bangun. In this study there is one independent variable, namely the synectics learning model assisted by the bimbelbee multimedia application (X) and two dependent variables, namely, mathematical literacy ability (Y1) and self-reliance ability (Y2). This research is a quasy experimental type of quantitative method research. The population of this study were all students of class VIII SMP Islam Tias Bangun. By using the simple random sampling technique, there were three classes as research samples, namely class VIII A as the first experimental class was given the synectics learning model assisted by the bimbelbee multimedia application, VIII B as the seccond experimental class was given the synectics learning model, and VIII D as the control class was given the expository learning model. The instrument used is a test instrument to measure mathematical literacy skills and a questionnaire instrument to measure self-reliance abilities. The analytical test used was the Manova test with a significant level of 5%. From the data processing, it can be concluded that: (1) there are differences in the ability of mathematical literacy and self�reliance among students who receive synectics model learning assisted by the multimedia bimbelbee application and students who receive expository learning models; (2) there are differences in the ability of mathematical literacy of students who receive synectics model learning assisted by the bimbelbee multimedia application and students who receive expository model learning; (3) there are differences in the ability of self-reliance among students who receive synectics model learning assisted by the Bimbelbee Multimedia application and students who receive expository learning models.
