Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam proses pembelajaran diperlukan kreativitas guru untuk membangkitkan keinginan siswa serta dapat menumbuhkan motivasi siswa untuk belajar. Motivasi memegang peranan penting di dalam upaya seseorang dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah di inginkan. Permasalahan yang peneliti temukan pada saat penelitian yaitu masih rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Bina Latih Karya (BLK) Bandar Lampung dan lingkungan belajar kurang kodusif dikarenakan terlalu dekat dengan pasar, SMK Bina Latih Karya (BLK) Bandar Lampung adalah sekolah pusat unggulan, SMK Swasta di Bandar Lampung yang mampu memberikan layanan spooring balance bagi masyarakat dan telah memiliki tefa di bidang otomotif. Sarana dan prasarana di SMK BLK Bandar Lampung sudah memadai dan lengkap. Motivasi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal adalah faktor yang timbul dari dalam diri siswa seperti kondisi kesehatan, minat belajar dan lain sebagainya sedangkan faktor eksternal adalah faktor yang timbul dari luar siswa seperti guru, lingkungan, ketersediaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur serta metode dan strategi dalam pengajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sarana dan prasarana belajar (X) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa (Y) kelas X SMK Bina Latih Karya (BLK) Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X SMK Bina Latih Karya (BLK) Bandar Lampung yang berjumla 212 siswa. Dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling yang berjumlah 68 sebagai responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang berupa angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan uji regresi linier sederhana pada program SPSS 29 for Windows, menunjukkan bahwa dari Uji Anova dengan F hitung = 89,032 dan tingkat signifikansi Probabilitas 0,001 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model iii regresi dapat dipakai untuk memprediksi variabel partisipasi Dari uji R square ditemukan nilai R square sebesar 0,574 (57,4%) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (sarana dan prasarana belajar) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (motivasi belajar siswa) sebesar 57,4%. Sedangkan 53,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Dan interpretasi r membuktikan pengaruh sarana dan prasana belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa berada dalam kategori kuat dengan interval koefisien yaitu 0,60-0,799. Hasil uji t ditemukan bahwa t hitung > t tabel (9,436 > 1,668) dengan tingkat signifikan pada tabel sebesar 0,000 yang artinya 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara sarana dan prasarana belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMK Bina Latih Karya (BLK) Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar Siswa, Sarana dan Prasarana Belajar iv ABSTRACT In the learning process, teacher creativity is needed to arouse students' desires and can foster students motivation to learn. Motivation plays an important role in a person's efforts to achieve the desired goals. The problem that researchers found during the research was that students' learning motivation at Bina Latih Karya Vocational School (BLK) Bandar Lampung was still low and the learning environment was less conducive because it was too close to the market. SMK Bina Latih Karya (BLK) Bandar Lampung was a superior central school, a private vocational school. in Bandar Lampung which is able to provide sports balance services for the community and already has expertise in the automotive sector. The facilities and infrastructure at SMK BLK Bandar Lampung are adequate and complete. Motivation is influenced by several factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors that arise from within the student such as health conditions, interest in learning and so on, while external factors are factors that arise from outside the student such as teachers, the environment, availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as methods and strategies in teaching. This study aims to examine the effect of learning facilities and infrastructure (X) on student motivation (Y) in class X SMK Bina Latih Karya (BLK) Bandar Lampung. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with associative research. The population in this study was class X of SMK Bina TTrain Karya (BLK) Bandar Lampung which had 212 students. In taking the sample using simple random sampling, amounting to 68 as respondents. The data used in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis using a simple linear regression test in the SPSS 29 for Windows program, it shows that from the Anova test with F count = 89.032 and a probability significance level of 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that the v regression model can be used to predict the participation variables. R square found an R square value of 0.574 (57.4%) indicating that the independent variable (learning facilities and infrastructure) has an influence on the dependent variable (student learning motivation) of 57.4%. While 53.6% is influenced by other variables. And the interpretation of r proves the influence of learning facilities and infrastructure on student learning motivation is in the strong category with a coefficient interval of 0.60-0.799. The results of the t test found that t count > t table (9.436 > 1.668) with a significant level in the table of 0.000 which means 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted it can be concluded that there is an influence between learning facilities and infrastructure on learning motivation class X students of SMK Bina Latih Karya (BLK) Bandar Lampung.
