Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi supervisi klinis pada tahap pertemuan awal dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. 2) untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi supervisi klinis pada tahap observasi kelas dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. 3) untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi supervisi klinis pada tahap akhir dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian mendeskripsikan, menceritakan, dan menginter�pretasikan data yang ada dan menghasilkan data deskriptif dari orang�orang dalam bentuk tertulis/lisan, perilaku dan data yang dapat diamati adalah pernyataan. Teknik pengumpulan data idilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang dapat dianalisis melalui langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan dalam penelitian ini digunakani teknik triangulasi sumber yang dicapai dengan jalan membandingkan data hasil pengamatanidenganidataihasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian tentang Implementasi Supervisi Klinis Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru telah terlaksanaidengan ibaik, ihal iini idilihat idari iindikator iyang isudah itercapai.iSeperti melakukan siklus pertemuan awal “menciptakan suasana persahabatan dan keterbukaan antara supervisor dan guru, membicarakan rancangan pembelajaran yang telah dibuat oleh guru, mengindentifikasi jenis�jenis kompetensi dasar beserta indikator-indikator yang akan dicapai oleh guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, dan mengembangkan instrumen observasi yang akan digunakan untuk merekam data kinerja guru”, tahap observasi kelas “supervisor mengobservasikan penampilan guru berdasarkan format observasi yang telah disepakati, evaluasi hasil observasi supervise klinis”, tahap pertemuan akhir “supervisor memberikan penguatan kepada guru yang telah melaksanakan pembelajaran dalam suasana penuh persahabatan sebagaimana pertemuan awal, supervisor menunjukkan data hasil observasi yang telah dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan, kemudian memberikan waktu pada guru untuk menganalisis data dan menginterprestasikan, selanjutnya di diskusikan bersama. iii Semuanyaisudahimemenuhiisesuai dengan teori Indikator Wahyudi, itentang Implementasi Supervisi Klinis Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru. Kata kunci : Implementasi Supervisi Klinis, Kinerja Guru iv ABSTRACT This study aims to describe 1) to find out how the implementation of clinical supervision at the initial meeting stage improves teacher performance. 2) to find out how the implementation of clinical supervision at the class observation stage improves teacher performance. 3) to find out how the implementation of clinical supervision at the final stage improves teacher performance The type of research used is qualitative-idescriptive research, namely research that describes, tells, and interprets the data that exists and produces descriptive data from people in written/oral form, behavior and data that can be observed is statements. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. The data that can be analyzed through the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Test of validity in this research used the technique of triangulation of sources obtained by way of comparing the data of the results of the observations with the data of the results of the interviews. The results of this research on the Implementation of Clinical Supervision in Improving Teacher Performance have been implemented well, this can be seen from the indicators that have been achieved. iSuch as carrying out the initial meeting cycle "creating an atmosphere of friendship and openness between supervisors and teachers, discussing the learning plans that have been made by the teacher, identifying the types of basic competencies along with the indicators that will be achieved by the teacher in learning activities, and developing observation instruments that will be used to record teacher performance data", the class observation stage "the supervisor observes the teacher's performance based on the agreed observation format, evaluates the results of clinical supervision observations", the final meeting stage "the supervisor provides reinforcement to the teacher who has carried out learning in a friendly atmosphere as the initial meeting , the supervisor shows the observed data that has been analyzed and interpreted, then gives the teacher time to analyze the data and interpret it, then discuss it together. All of them have complied with Wahyudi's Indicator theory, concerning the Implementation of Clinical Supervision in Improving Teacher Performance.
