Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan hasil pra penelitian di MTs As-Syifa Karang Sari Lampung Selatan, Penulis menemukan kondisi keadaan sarana dan prasarana yang dipergunakan dalam pembelajaran seperti laboratorium computer tetapi tidak dipergunakan secara langsung. Maka komputer dan sarana dan prasarana di ruangan laboratorium rusak, buku buku yang ada di perpustakaan banyak yang rusak serta meja dan kursi belajar siswa banyak yang tidak bisa digunakan, dalam manjemen pendidikan indicator kasus ini bisa dimasukan dalam pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana. Manajemen merupakan proses pendayagunaan semua sumber daya dalam rangka mecapai sebuah tujuan yang ditetapkan . pendayagunaan yang melalui proses perencanaan, yang melalui proses perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, penyimpanan, pemeliharaan, penghapusan disebut manajemen. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Informan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh langsung oleh kepala madrasah, waka sarana dan prasarana komite dan staff tata usaha MTs As – Syifa Karang Sari Lampung selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan trigulasi teknik dan trigulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis menunjukan bahwa dalam tahap perencanaan sudah terlaksana walaupun belum secara maksimal, dari segi pengadaaan sudah merelasasikan sarana dan prasrana sesuai dengan kebutuhan madrasah, selanjutnya tahap inventasrisasi dengan melakukan pencatatan di buku inventaris dan memberikan kode setiap barang milik madrasah. Selanjutnya dalam penyimpanan sarana dan prasrana semua telah di simpan sesui dengan fungsinya masingmasing. Pada tahap pemeliharaan dilakukan oleh seluruh warga madrasah dalam merawat, mejaga dan memelihara barang yang diadakan dan di lakukan pergantian barang jika barang tersebut sudah tidak dapat digunakan lagi. Dan terkahir pada penghapusan sansarana dan prasarana dilakukan dengan membuat laporan penghapusan, jika iv sarana dan prasarana berasal dari dana BOS dan belum cukup masanya atau belum habis masa kan disimpan terlbih dahulu, namun jika sarana dan prasarana tersebut berasal dari dana madrasahan maka langsung mengajukan laporan tanpa ada menentukan waktu/batasan waktu, lebih sering madrasah mendapat hibah sarana dari madrasah�madrasah lain. Berdasarkan enam indicator tersebut telah terlaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur walaupun masih sederhanakan dalam menunjang proses pendidikan. Kata kunci : Implementasi Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan. v ABSTRACT Based on the results of pre-research at MTs As-Syifa Karang Sari Lampung Selatan, the author found the condition of facilities and infrastructure in learning such as computer laboratories but not used directly. So the computers and facilities and infrastructure in the laboratory room were damaged, many books in the library were damaged and many student study tables and chairs could not be used, in education management this case indicator can be included in the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. The success of these components must also be linked to the successful implementation of management functions. Management was the process of utilizing all resources in order to achieve a set goal, utilization through the process of planning, procurement, inventory, storage, maintenance, elimination was called management. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation and observation. With data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study were obtained directly by the head of the madrasa, deputy head of facilities and infrastructure committee and administrative staff of MTs As - Syifa Karang Sari, South Lampung. Data collection techniques in this study used technical trigulation and source trigulation Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, it shows that in the planning stage it has been carried out, although not optimally, in terms of procurement, the facilities and infrastructure have been realized according to the needs of the madrasah, then the inventory stage was by recording in the inventory book and providing a code for each item belonging to the madrasa. Furthermore, in the storage of facilities and infrastructure, everything has been stored in accordance with their respective functions. At the maintenance stage it was carried out by all madrasah residents in caring for, looking after and maintaining the items held and replacing the items if the items are no longer usable. And finally, the deletion of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by making a report on deletion, if the facilities and infrastructure come from BOS funds and vi are not old enough or have not expired, they are stored first, however, if the facilities and infrastructure come from madrasah funds, then immediately submit a report without any determine the time/time limit, more often madrasas receive grants of facilities from other madrasas. Based on the six indicators, it has been carried out in accordance with procedures, although it is still simplified in supporting the educational process.
