Abstract

ABSTRAK Dengan meningkatnya perkembangan industri makanan, minuman, kosmetik, dan lainya yang secara luas terjual bebas di pasarana tentunya harus di awas oleh negara agar keamanan dan kepastian hukum setiap warga negara di lindungu oleh negara sesuai dengan undang-undang nomor 33 tahun 2014 tentang jaminan produk Halal . Masalah utama pada penelitian ini adalah mengenai pengajuan sertifikat Halal yang banyak terjadi di masyarakat dan sebagai pelaku usaha wajib untuk menerbitkan sertifikat halal atas produk usahanya, namun masyarakat masih memiliki kendala dalam proses pengajuan sertifikat Halal tersebut. Skrip ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis efektifitas, kendala, biaya dan perspektif maqasid syariah BPJPH Provinsi Lampung dalam sertifikasi Halal Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif field research dengan tehnik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan pelacakan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tugas BPJPH di provinsi Lampung menyelenggarakan informasi sosialisasi, edukasi, pendampingan dan pengawasan produk Halal di pasaran yang beredar. Dalam perspektif maqasid syariah, mengamankan nilai kehidupan manusia, masyarakat, dan lingkungan terpenuhi. Sedangkan mengamankan diri manusia belum terpenuhi. ABSTRACT With the increasing development of the food, beverage, cosmetic and other industries which are widely sold freely in the market, of course the state must monitor it so that the security and legal certainty of every citizen is protected by the state in accordance with law number 33 of 2014 concerning guarantees for Halal products. . The main problem in this research is regarding the submission of Halal certificates which occur a lot in the community and as business actors it is mandatory to issue halal certificates for their business products, but the community still has problems in the process of applying for the Halal certificate. This script aims to research and analyze the effectiveness, constraints, costs and maqasid sharia perspectives of BPJPH Lampung Province in Halal certification The type of research used is qualitative field research with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation tracking. Data analysis includes data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the task of BPJPH in Lampung province is to organize information outreach, education, assistance and supervision of Halal products in the circulating market. In the perspective of maqasid sharia, securing the value of human life, society and the environment is fulfilled. While securing human self has not been fulfilled.
