Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki kepala madrasah untuk mempengaruhi, mendorong, membimbing, mengarahkan, dan menggerakkan guru yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran, agar dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Kinerja guru merupakan faktor yang menentukan berkualitas tidaknya suatu madrasah. Tugas utama guru adalah mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didik Apapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengerahui Adakah Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di MTs Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif kuantitatif. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 responden tenaga pendidik di MTs Negeri Kota Bandar lampung dengan 63 sampel. Dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana Uji t dan destriminasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai korelasi koefesien variabel kepemimpinan kepala madrasah (X) dan variabel kinerja guru (X) sebesar 0,000 dengan taraf signifikansi (sig) 0,05 . Diperoleh pula nilai R square sebesar 0,210. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa 56,3% pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan 43,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dipakai dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian hasil tersebut diinterprestasikan untuk mencocokan hasil perhitungan dengan angka korelasi Product Moment yaitu pada angka 0,400-0,600 dengan arti bahwa tingkat pengaruh antara variabel X ( Kepemimpinan Kepala madrasah) dengan variabel Y (Kinerja Guru) memiliki tingkat pengaruh “sedang”. Adapun rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah bagi kepala madrasah dan bagi guru yaitu kepala madrasah harus tetap mempertahankan kualitas kepemimpinannya yang mana dengan meningkatnya kualitas kepemimpinan kepala madrasah ini akan menciptakan kinerja guru yang baik Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kepala Madrasah, Kinerja Guru iv ABSTRACT The leadership of the madrasa head is the ability of the madrasa head to influence, encourage, guide, direct, and move teachers related to learning, so that it can run smoothly. Teacher performance is a factor that determines the quality or not of a madrasah. The main task of the teacher is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate students. Whatever the purpose of this research, it is to find out whether there is an influence of the leadership of the Madrasa Principal on Teacher Performance at MTs Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung. The method used is a quantitative method with a quantitative descriptive approach. Meanwhile, the population in this study was 170 teaching staff respondents at State MTs Bandar Lampung City with 63 samples. And the sample used is random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The hypothesis technique uses simple linear regression t test and discrimination. The results of this research can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient value of the madrasa head leadership variable (X) and the teacher performance variable (X) of 0.000 with a significance level (sig) of 0.05. Also obtained was an R square value of 0.210. This can be interpreted as meaning that 56.3% of the influence of madrasa head leadership has on teacher performance, while 43.7% is influenced by other factors not used in this research. Then these results are interpreted to match the calculation results with the Product Moment correlation figures, namely 0.400-0.600, meaning that the level of influence between variable. The recommendations from this research are for madrasah heads and teachers, namely madrasah heads must continue to maintain their leadership qualities, which by increasing the leadership quality of madrasah heads will create good teacher performance.
