Abstract

ABSTRAK Islam Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin merupakan istilah yang terkandung di dalam Al-Qur`an dengan memiliki makna yang begitu luas dan berbeda-beda di kalangan para ulama. Dalam perspektif M. Quraish Shihab, dilihat dari surah Al-Anbiya ayat 107, Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin adalah sosok Nabi Muhammad Saw melalui ajaran yang dibawanya adalah rahmat bagi seluruh alam. Alam ini diartikan luas menurut M. Quraish Shihab bahwa alam meliputi kehidupan manusia, hewan, tumbuh-tumbuhan, alam jin, alam malaikat, dan benda-benda yang tak bernyawa sekalipun dapat merasakan kehadiran Nabi Muhammad Saw. Akan tetapi, realita yang terjadi saat ini, secara tindakan masih banyak manusia yang belum menerapkan ajaran Islam Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin. Pada penelitian ini rumusan masalahnya adalah Apakah Makna dalam lafad Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin Perspektif M. Quraish Shihab? Bagaimana Konsep Dakwah Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin Perspektif M. Quraish Shihab? dan Bagaimana Konsep Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin dalam Dakwah Islam? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library research) yaitu menjadikan bahan pustaka sebagai sumber data utama, dengan pendekatan normatif dan historis-sosiologis. Sedangkan pengolahan data yang menggunakan metode interpretasi, deskripsi, dan analisis. Dan pendekatan penelitian menggunakan Studi teks, yaitu studi tokoh menggunakan karya tokoh atau karya orang lain tentang pemikiran tokoh yang dikaji menggunakan bahan-bahan tertulis atau bahan tercetak (bahan pustaka, seperti buku). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Istilah Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin Islam Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin menurut perspektif M. Quraish Shihab menurut perspektif M. Quraish Shihab berdasarkan Al-Qur`an surah al-Anbiya ayat 107 Yakni sosok Nabi Muhammad Saw melalui ajaran yang dibawanya adalah rahmat bagi seluruh alam. Islam Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin menurut perspektif M. Quraish Shihab mengandung 3 prinsip yaitu Prinsip Dualitas, Prinsip Idesionalitas, dan Prinsip Teologi. Dari ketiga prinsip dalam konsep Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin menurut perspektif M. Quraish Shihab tentunya berkaitan dalam dakwah Islam yang dibawakan oleh M. Quraish Shihab, bahwasanya Islam sebagai Rahmatan Lil ‟alamin berhubungan dengan nilai tauhid, nilai iv pengamalan ibadah sehari-hari, dan budi pekerti. Sedangkan Konsep Dakwah secara perspektif M. Quraish Shihab adalah mengajak umat manusia untuk bisa mengubah keadaan jauh lebih baik dari sebelumnya dan menekankan pada peningkatan pemahaman bahwa ajaran Islam bisa diimplementasikan secara menyeluruh hingga menyentuh setiap aspek kehidupan di era yang sudah berkembang pesat. Konsep Dakwah Rahmatan Lil ‟ alamin menurut perspektif M. Quraish Shihab dilakukan dengan 3 pendekatan yakni Dakwah bi Al�Lisan, Dakwah bi Al-Hal, dan Dakwah bi Al-Qalam. Kata Kunci : Dakwah, Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin, dan M. Quraish Shihab. v ABSTRACT Islam Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin is a term contained in the Al�Qur`an which has a very broad and different meaning among scholars. In the perspective of M. Quraish Shihab, seen from surah Al�Anbiya verse 107, Rahmatan Lil `Alamin is the figure of the Prophet Muhammad through the teachings he brought, which is a mercy to the whole world. This nature is broadly interpreted according to M. Quraish Shihab that nature includes human life, animals, plants, the realm of jinns, the realm of angels, and even inanimate objects can feel the presence of the Prophet Muhammad. However, the reality that is happening at this time, in terms of actions, there are still many people who have not implemented the Islamic teachings of Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin. In this study the formulation of the problem is What is the meaning in the pronunciation of Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin Perspective of M. Quraish Shihab? How is the Da'wah Concept of Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin Perspective of M. Quraish Shihab? and How is the Concept of Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin in Islamic Da'wah? This research is a library research, namely using library materials as the main data source, using a normative and historical�sociological approach. Meanwhile, data processing uses interpretation, description, and analysis methods. And the research approach uses text studies, namely character studies using the works of figures or the work of other people about the thoughts of the characters studied using written or printed materials (library materials, such as books). The results of this study are the term Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin Islam Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin according to the perspective of M. Quraish Shihab according to the perspective of M. Quraish Shihab based on the Al-Qur`an surah al-Anbiya verse 107 Namely the figure of the Prophet Muhammad through the teachings he brought is a blessing for whole nature. Islam Rahmatan Lil ` Alamin according to the perspective of M. Quraish Shihab contains 3 principles, namely the Principle of Duality, the Principle of Ideationality, and the Principle of Theology. Of the three principles in the concept of Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin according to M. Quraish Shihab's perspective, of course it is related to the Islamic da'wah delivered by M. Quraish vi Shihab, that Islam as Rahmatan Lil 'alamin is related to the value of monotheism, the value of practicing daily worship, and good manners. . Meanwhile, the concept of Dakwah from the perspective of M. Quraish Shihab is to invite mankind to be able to change things much better than before and emphasizes increasing understanding that Islamic teachings can be implemented as a whole to touch every aspect of life in an era that is already developing rapidly. The concept of Da'wah Rahmatan Lil 'alamin according to M. Quraish Shihab's perspective is carried out with 3 approaches namely Da'wah bi Al�Lisan, Da'wah bi Al-Hal, and Da'wah bi Al-Qalam.
