Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK BERBANTUAN VIDEO TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SMK NEGERI SUKOHARJO Oleh: Anggun Yulina Istiqomah Kemampuan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik kelas X di SMK Negeri Sukoharjo masih tergolong dalam kategori rendah karena penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran yang kurang tepat. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pendekatan saintifik terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas X pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan agama islam materi malaikat selalu bersamaku di SMK Negeri Sukoharjo, Kabupaten Pringsewu. Jenis penelitian yaitu Quasy Eksperimental Design, dengan desain penelitian Post Test Only Control Group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu Cluster Random Sampling, sehingga didapat kelas X TSM 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan X TITL 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tes (soal essay) yang merupakan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Pada penelitian ini teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent. Pada uji prasyarat dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji normalitas dengan memakai metode Liliefors dan uji homogenitas menggunakan metode Fisher. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari kedua sampel diketahui bahwa data pada kemampuan berpikir kritis berdistribusi normal dan homogen,sehingga hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan dengan melakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan pendekatan saintifik terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t berdasarkan t-tabel < t-hitung, dan diperoleh pada kemampuan berpikir kritis memiliki skor 1,998 < 6,456, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kemampuan berpikir kritis. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of applying a scientific approach to the critical thinking skills of class X students in the Islamic religious education subject, angels are always with me at Sukoharjo State Vocational School, Pringsewu Regency. This type of research is Quasy Experimental Design, with the Post Test Only Control Group research design. The research sample consisted of two classes which were obtained using a sampling technique, namely Cluster Random Sampling, so that class X TSM 1 was obtained as the control class and X TITL 2 as the experimental class. The research instrument used was a test (essay questions) which is a critical thinking ability test used to measure students' critical thinking skills. In this study, data analysis techniques used independent t-tests. The prerequisite test was carried out using the normality test using the Liliefors method and the homogeneity test using the Fisher method. Based on the research results of the two samples, it is known that the data on critical thinking skills are normally distributed and homogeneous, so that the results of data analysis that has been carried out by testing the hypothesis using the t-test indicate that there is an effect of applying the scientific approach to students' critical thinking abilities. Test the hypothesis using the t-test based on t-table < t-count, and it is obtained that critical thinking skills have a score of 1.998 < 6.456, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.
