Abstract

ABSTRAK Penetapan harga merupakan perbuatan menetapkan harga yang dilakukan oleh pemilik usaha terhadap produk atau jasa yang dijual sebagai acuan bertransaksi. Penetapan harga Rapid Test Covid-19 merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan perekonomian yang menghasilkan keuntungan bagi Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih Urip Kecamatan Kedaton Kota Bandar Lampung. Rumusan masalah yang dikaji dalam skripsi ini adalah Bagaimana penetapan harga Rapid Test Covid-19 oleh Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih Urip Kecamatan Kedaton Kota Bandar Lampung, Bagaimana tinjauan hukum ekonomi Islam terhadap penetapan harga Rapid Test Covid-19 oleh Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih Urip Kecamatan Kedaton Kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Peneliti menggunakan data primer berupa data maupun informasi yang bersumber dari wawancara langsung kepada manajemen/pengelola dan pasien di Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih Urip. Peneliti kemudian menganalisis data dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif, dan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan dilandasi dengan tinjauan hukum ekonomi Islam. Penetapan harga jasa pelayanan Rapid Test di Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih Urip sudah memperhitungkan beberapa faktor dan unsur-unsur secara matang, seperti Sumber Daya Manusia yang meliputi Dokter Spesialis Patologi, tenaga kesehatan dari yang melakukan pengambilan swab, pengolahan pembuatan surat keterangan, biaya reagen, coverall, dan biaya administrasi. Selain itu, Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih menggunakan metode-metode penetapan harga dalam menetapkan harganya, Penetapan harga jasa pelayanan Rapid Test di Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih Urip sesuai dengan ketetapan pemerintah, tidak melebihi maksimum harga yang telah ditetapkan yaitu Rp. 109.000 (Seratus Sembilan Ribu Rupiah). Administrasi pembayaran Rapid Test di Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih mencapai Rp. 105.000 (Seratus Lima Ribu). Pandangan hukum iii ekonomi Islam Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih telah sesuai dengan ekonomi dalam Islam. Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih sudah memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan dalam melakukan transaksi telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dalam Islam, khususnya berkenaan dengan penetapan harga di mana pihak manajemen telah menetapkan harga yang adil berdasarkan harga eceran tertinggi yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Serta pelayanan yang diberikan mengutamakan kualitas dan manfaat sesuai Undang-undang Nomor 47 Tahun 2016 tentang Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan. Selain itu Klinik Rawat Inap Kosasih telah melakukan persaingan usaha sehat yang telah disebutkan dalam Pasal 08 UU No. 5 tahun 1999. Pricing for the Covid-19 Rapid Test is a very important aspect of economic activity that generates profits for the Kosasih Urip Inpatient Clinic, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City. The formulation of the problem studied in this thesis is how to determine the price of the Covid-19 Rapid Test by the Kosasih Urip Inpatient Clinic, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City, How is the review of Islamic economic law on the pricing of the Covid-19 Rapid Test by the Kosasih Urip Inpatient Clinic, Kedaton Kota District Bandar Lampung. This type of research is field research (Field Research). Researchers used primary data in the form of data and information sourced from direct interviews with management/managers and patients at the Kosasih Urip Inpatient Clinic. The researcher then analyzed the data using qualitative analysis, and used a descriptive analytic method based on a review of Islamic economic law. The pricing for Rapid Test services at the Kosasih Urip Inpatient Clinic has taken into account several factors and elements carefully, such as Human Resources which include Pathology Specialist Doctors, health workers who take swabs, process certificates, reagent costs, coveralls , and administration fees. In addition, the Kosasih Inpatient Clinic uses pricing methods in setting the price. The price for Rapid Test services at the Kosasih Urip Inpatient Clinic is in accordance with government regulations, not exceeding the maximum set price of Rp. 109,000 (One Hundred and Nine Thousand Rupiah). Administration of Rapid Test payments at the Kosasih Inpatient Clinic reaches Rp. 105,000 (One Hundred and Five Thousand). The view of Islamic economic law in Kosasih Inpatient Clinic is in accordance with economics in Islam. Kosasih Inpatient Clinic has provided good service and in carrying out transactions has applied Islamic principles, especially with regard to pricing where the v management has set a fair price based on the highest retail price set by the government. As well as the services provided prioritize quality and benefits in accordance with Law Number 47 of 2016 concerning Health Service Facilities. In addition, the Kosasih Inpatient Clinic has carried out healthy business competition which has been mentioned in Article 08 of Law no. 5 of 1999.
