Abstract

ABSTRAK PERAN APARATUR DESA UNTUK MENINGKATAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT MENGIKUTI VAKSINASI COVID 19 Oleh: Ari Geofani Ahmad Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID 19) adalah wabah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus, dan menyerang sistem pernafasan manusia dan ditetapkan sebagai pandemi global oleh World Health Organizer (WHO). Virus ini pertama kali muncul pada akhir 2019 di kota Wuhan, China dan terdeteksi masuk ke Indonesia pada 2 Maret 2020. Seluruh dunia mengalami keterpurukan pada masa pandemi Covid 19 termasuk Indonesia. Adanya vaksinasi Covid 19 dianggap mampu untuk menangani, dan mencegah penyebaran Covid 19. Vaksinasi yang diberikan kepada masyarakat menuai banyak kotroversi sehingga timbul golongan masyarakat yang pro akan vaksinasi covid 19 dan golongan masyarakat yang kontra terhadap vaksinasi covid 19. Penyebab timbulnya kontroversi ini salah satunya adalah keraguan masyarakat mengenai keamanan vaksinasi untuk tubuh seseorang karena adanya kasus kematian yang disebabkan oleh vaksinasi covid 19 ini, dan hal lain yang membuat masyarakat ragu terhadap vaksinasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field research dan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori partisipasi politik dari samuel P. Huntington dan Joan M. Nelson yang mengemukakan bahwa partisipasi politik dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu partisipasi yang bersifat otonom (kesadaran diri sendiri), dan partisipasi yang bersifat mobilisasi (dorongan dari pihak lain). Peneliti memilih teori tersebut karena memiliki kecocokan terhadap penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis peneliti, penelitian ini lebih mengacu kepada partisipasi yang bersifat mobilisasi. Penelitian ini mengarah kepada peran aparatur desa untuk meningkatkan partisipasi vaksinasi covid 19. Masyarakat desa Gayau Sakti yang pada awalnya enggan melakukan vaksinasi covid 19 pada akhirnya mau untuk mengikuti masyarakat desa Gayau Sakti bahwa vaksinasi aman untuk diterima dan memiliki tujuan yang baik. Aparatur desa Gayau Sakti juga berhasil melakukan perannya dengan bekerja sama dengan bantuan dan kerja sama dengan pihak-pihak berwajib. Kata Kunci: Peran Aparatur Desa, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Vaksinasi Covid 19.ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF VILLAGE APPARATUS TO INCREASE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN COVID 19 VACCINATION By: Ari Geofani Ahmad Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID 19) is an infectious disease outbreak caused by a virus, and attacks the human respiratory system and is designated as a global pandemic by the World Health Organizer (WHO). The virus first appeared in late 2019 in the city of Wuhan, China and was detected in Indonesia on March 2, 2020. The whole world experienced a downturn during the Covid 19 pandemic, including Indonesia. The existence of Covid 19 vaccination is considered capable of handling, and preventing the spread of Covid 19. Vaccinations given to the public reap a lot of controversy so that there are groups of people who are pro-covid 19 vaccination and groups of people who are against covid 19 vaccination. One of the causes of this controversy is public doubts about the safety of vaccinations for a person's body because of the death case caused by the covid 19 vaccination, and other things that make people doubt vaccination. This research uses qualitative research methods with the type of field research and this research is descriptive. This research uses the political participation theory of Samuel P. Huntington and Joan M. Nelson which suggests that political participation is divided into two, namely autonomous participation (self-awareness), and mobilized participation (encouragement from other parties). Researchers chose this theory because it has a match for this research. Based on the results of the researcher's analysis, this research refers more to mobilized participation. This research leads to the role of village officials to increase participation in covid 19 vaccination. The Gayau Sakti village community, which was initially reluctant to carry out the covid 19 vaccination, finally wanted to take part in the covid 19 vaccination. This success is an effort from the Gayau Sakti village apparatus to convince the Gayau Sakti village community that vaccination is safe to accept and has a good purpose. The Gayau Sakti village apparatus also succeeded in performing its role by cooperating with the assistance and cooperation of the authorities.
