Abstract

ABSTRAK Masyarakat dalam proses kehidupan sehari-hari tidak dapat terlepas dari adanya aktivitas. Aktivitas tersebut berbagai macam bentuk nya, seperti aktivitas sosial, keagamaan, ekonomi, dll. salah satunya jadi aktivitas sosial keagamaan, aktivitas sosial keagamaan dilakukan dengan penuh keyakinan dan kesungguhan hati serta diimplementasikan di wilayah sosial masyarakat. Kontekstualisasinya dengan ajaran Islam, perbuatan itu merupakan bentuk penghayatan terhadap ajaran agama Islam yang dipelajari dan diamalkannya. karena tumbuhnya kesadaran beragama akan menumbuhkan simpati mereka kepada kegiatan-kegiatan sosial dan keagamaan, Oleh karena itu perlu adanya tindakan dari individu maupun komunitas untuk melakukan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kemanusian seperti yang dilakukan oleh komunitas Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung. Komunitas ini di bawah naungan lembaga Dompet Dhuafa Lampung, salah satu lembaga amil zakat yang ikut serta dalam pembenahan perekonomian melalui program-programnya, Berdasarkan uraian tersebut memunculkan rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Bagaimana aktivitas sosial dan keagamaan Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) dan apa saja faktor pendorong dan penghambat Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) dalam menjalankan aktivitas sosial dan keagamaan di kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode observasi dilakukan secara langsung dilapangan, kemudian wawancara dilakukan kepada informan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling, dan dokumentasi didapatkan dari kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV). Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data yang telah diperoleh yaitu menggunakan teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman. Sedangkan teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Filantropi. Dalam teori tersebut terdapat tiga model pendekatan filantropi, yaitu; pendekatan social service, pendekatan social work dan pendekatan philanthropy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) melakukan aktivitas sosial dan keagamaan yang terlihat dari program-program yang dimiliki, program rutin dari komunitas ini melakukan kegiatan donor darah setiap tiga bulan sekali, membersihkan sampah-sampah yang ada di pantai dan menjaga lingkungan, dan serta kegiatan untuk para anggotanya pada saat bulan ramadhan mengadakan khataman al-quran bersama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dianalisa menggunakan teori Filantropi, Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung melakukan pendekatan philanthropy. Faktor pendorong Aktivitas Sosial dan Keagamaan Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer ada berberapa yaitu; 1). Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung Mengemas programnya menjadi lebih bagus, komunikasinya lebih dipercantik, dan meningkatkan mempermudah donatur untuk melakukan transaksi . 2). Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung melakukan Pendampingan dan melibatkan masyarakat untuk mencari solusi untuk masyarakat itu sendiri, jadi masyarakat diajak untuk berdiskusi mencari tau apa masalahnya dan sama-sama memutuskan apa solusinya. 3). Menggunakan cara baru dalam mengemas pesan komunikasi pemasaran menjadi tuntutan lembaga saat ini. Serta berberapa faktor penghambat Aktivitas Sosial dan Keagamaan Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer ada berberapa yaitu; 1). Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan salah satu hambatan yang berasal dari eksternal dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung. mewabahnya virus covid-19 di setiap negara, termasuk Indonesia. 2). Anggota komunitas pasif, Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung dalam menjalankan setiap kegiatan dari program yang dimiliki tidak selalu dengan formasi anggota yang lengkap, hal tersebut karena adanya anggota-anggota yang pasif. 3). Jadwal merupakan rencana kegiatan dengan pembagian waktu pelaksanaan. Dengan demikian, jadwal yang tidak cocok antar anggota merupakan adanya kegiatan berdasarkan waktu yang berbeda antar anggota. 4). Masyarakat yang belum sadar tentang wajib membayar zakat. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas, Sosial dan Keagamaan, Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer Lampung, Filantropi. ABSTRACT Society in the process of daily life can not be separated from the activity. These activities take various forms, such as social, religious, economic activities, etc. one of them is social religious activities, social religious activities are carried out with full faith and sincerity and are implemented in the social area of society. Contextualizing it with Islamic teachings, the act is a form of appreciation for the teachings of the Islamic religion which he learns and practices. because the growth of religious awareness will grow their sympathy for social and religious activities. Therefore, it is necessary to take action from individuals and communities to carry out activities related to humanity such as those carried out by the Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung community. This community is under the auspices of the Dompet Dhuafa Lampung institution, one of the amil zakat institutions that participates in improving the economy through its programs. only the driving and inhibiting factors for Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) in carrying out social and religious activities in the city of Bandar Lampung. This type of research is qualitative research using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The observation method was carried out directly in the field, then interviews were conducted with informants using the snowball sampling technique, and documentation was obtained from activities carried out by Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV). The analysis technique used to analyze the data that has been obtained is using the Miles and Huberman analysis techniques. While the theory used to analyze in this study is the theory of philanthropy. In this theory there are three models of philanthropic approaches, namely; social service approach, social work approach and philanthropy approach. The results of the study show that Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) carries out social and religious activities which can be seen from the programs they have, the routine program of this community is to conduct blood donation activities every three months, clean up trash on the beach and protect the environment. and as well as activities for its members during the month of Ramadan holding a joint al-Quran khataman. Based on the results of research that has been analyzed using the theory of philanthropy, Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung takes a philanthropic approach. There are several factors driving Social and Religious Activities of Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer, namely; 1). Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung Packages the program to be better, the communication is more beautified, and it makes it easier for donors to make transactions. 2). Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung provides assistance and involves the community to find solutions for the community itself, so the community is invited to discuss what the problem is and decide together what the solution is. 3). Using a new way of packaging marketing communication messages is the current demands of institutions. As well as several inhibiting factors for Social and Religious Activities of Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer, namely; 1). The Covid-19 pandemic is one of the obstacles that comes from externally in implementing the activities of Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung. the outbreak of the covid-19 virus in every country, including Indonesia. 2). Passive community members, Dompet Dhuafa Volunteer (DDV) Lampung, in carrying out every activity of the program they have, do not always have a complete member formation, this is because there are passive members. 3). The schedule is an activity plan with a division of implementation time. Thus, schedules that do not match between members are activities based on different times between members. 4).
