Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan pandangan bahwa proses kegiatan belajar mengajar sebaiknya menggunakan metode yang sesuai dan tepat, sehingga hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh peserta didik dapat optimal. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan inovasi pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik menjadi lebih baik dan maksimal, salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode SQ R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah metode pembelajaran SQ R efektif terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri Rajabasa Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, penelitian ini penelitian Quasy Eksperiment. Dan desain penelitian yang digunakan pada Quasy Eksperiment ini yaitu Nonequivalet Control Group Design, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri Rajabasa Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sample. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas VIII A sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan metode ceramah dan Kelas VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan metode SQ R. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa tes dalam bentuk pilihan ganda dan dokumentasi dalam bentuk foto. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji-t yang telah dilakukan pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol maka didapatkan t-hitung memperoleh nilai dan t-tabelnya adalah sehingga hasilnya t-hitung > t�tabel, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode SQ R efektif terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri Rajabasa Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out learning innovations that can improve student learning outcomes for the better and optimally, one of which is by using the SQ R method (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review). The purpose of this research is to find out whether the SQ R learning method is effective on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education for class VIII students of SMP Negeri Rajabasa, South Lampung Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative, this research is Quasy Experiment. And the research design used in this Quasy Experiment is the Nonequivalet Control Group Design. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri Rajabasa, South Lampung Regency with the sampling technique being a purposive sample. This study used two classes, namely class VIII A as the control class using the lecture method and class VIII B as the experimental class using the SQ R method. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of tests in the form of multiple choice and documentation in the form of photos. Based on the t-test calculations that have been carried out in the experimental class and the control class, it is obtained that the t�count obtains a value of and the t-table is so that the results are t-count> t-table, so it can be concluded that the SQ R method is effective on learning outcomes Islamic Religious Education for class VIII students of SMP Negeri Rajabasa, South Lampung Regency.
