Abstract

Keywords: Group Guidance, Positive Reinforcement, Learning Motivation iv ABSTRAK PENGARUH LAYANAN KONSELING KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK REINFORCEMENT POSITIVE TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR DI MTs N 2 BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh Desi Alviani Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok adalah suatu langkah untuk membantu individu secara pribadi ataupun kelompok dalam menyelesaikan masalah teman sebayanya yang mencakup hubungan secara individual maupun kelompok pada semua aktivitas sosial untuk membantu teman sebayanya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan nya. peserta didik yang menimbulkan kegiatan serta arah belajar untuk pencapaian suatu tujuan yang dikehendaki peserta didik, sebaik apapun potensi anak atau pserta didik yang meliputi kemampuan intelektual, bakat serta minat siswa dan materi yang diajarkan serta lengkapnya sarana dan prasarana belajar dalam menjadi berani bila siswa tdak termotivasi dalam belajar, maka proses belajar mengajar tidak akan optimal. Menurut walker dan shea pada tahun 1984 reinforcement positif merupakan peristiwa atau sesuatu yang membuattingkah laku yang dikehendaki berpeluang diulang karna bersifat disenangi. Motivasi belajar merupakan dorongan dalam diri peserta didik yang menimbulkan kegiatan serta arah belajar untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang dikehendaki peserta didik,sebaik apapun potensi anak yang meliputi kemampuan intelektual atau bakat siswa dan materi yang diajarkan serta lengkapnya sarana belajar dalam menjadi berani bila siswa tdak termotivasi dalam belajar, maka prosese belajar mengajar tidak akan optimal Metode dan Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif preeksperimental yaitu yang dilakukan dengan pemberian perlakuan tertentu terhadap subjek yang bersangkutan dengan menggunakan one-group pretest-posttest design Inti pendapat ini bahwa pembentukan karakter mengacu kepada serangkaian sikap (attitudes), perilaku (behaviors), motivasi (motivations), dan keterampilan (skills). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif preeksperimental yaitu yang dilakukan dengan pemberian perlakuan tertentu terhadap subjek yang bersangkutan dengan menggunakan one-group pretest-posttest design. Hasil pretest dan hasil posttest peserta didik kelas VIIC di MtsN 2Bandar Lampung yang didapatkan dari pretest sebesar 849 dengan nilai rata-rata atau mean 849 dan hasil skor yang didapatkan dari posttest yang telah diperoleh sebesar 2.083 dengan hasil jumlah nilai rata-rata atau mean 2.083 terdapat selisih antara hasil skor pretest dan hasil skor posttest sebesar 2.083 dengan nilai rata-rata 2.083 Dari hasil jumlah skor dan nilai rata-rata v pretest dan posttest menunjukkan telah adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VII setelah diberikannya Bimbingan Kelompok.
