Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap media pada saat produksi berita tentu tidak lepas dari pantauan kode etik jurnalistik termasuk Radar Lampung TV yang merupakan media masa lokal terbesar di Provinsi Lampung. Sebagai jurnalis Islam berperan penting memberikan informasi yang akurat, lengkap, jelas, jujur serta actual, dan juga dapat memberikan petunjuk kearah perubahan dan transformasi. Pada proses produksi berita Radar Lampung TV kerap rentan terjadi kurang profesionalnya penerapan kode etik jurnalistik dalam perspektif Islam. Maka berdasarkan latar belakang masalah diatas penulis tertarik untuk meneliti bagaimana proses produksi berita da penerapan kode etik jurnalistik dalam perspektif Islam pada proses produksi berita, dengan mengangkat judul “Penerapan Kode Etik Jurnalistik Dalam Perspektif Islam Pada Proses Produksi Berita Di Radar Lampung TV.” Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana proses produksi berita di Radar Lampung TV? (2) Bagaimana penerapan kode etik jurnalistik dalam perspektif Islam pada proses produksi berita di Radar Lampung TV?. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses produksi berita di Radar Lampung TV (2) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana penerapan kode etik jurnalistik dalam perspektif Islam pada proses produksi berita di Radar Lampung TV. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini terdapat sumber data primer yaitu informan sebanyak 5 orang yakni 1 orang Pemimpin Redaksi, 1 orang Kameramen, 1 orang Editor, dan 2 orang Jurnalis dan sumber data skunder yang di peroleh bersumber dari dokumentasi berupa foto-foto dan video saat produksi berita dan beberapa teori mendukung yang terkait dengan pembahasan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data dengan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses produksi berita di Radar Lampung TV melalui beberapa tahap yaitu pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi. Pada proses pra produksi yakni tahap perencanaan, tahap rapat redaksi, tahap penugasan kru liputan. Pada proses produksi berita di Radar Lampung TV melalui tahap persiapan produksi dan tahap pelaksanaa produksi. Kemudian proses pasca produksi yaitu mengolah berita sehingga dapat ditayangkan. Penerapan kode etik jurnalistik dalam perspektif Islam pada proses produksi berita di Radar Lampung TV terdapat pada tahap produksi dan pasca produksi sedangkan pada tahap pasca produksi tidak menerapkan kode etik jurnalistik tetapi tetap menerapkan dasar-dasar Produksi Televisi Produksi Berita berita yang di tulis oleh Andi Fachruddin. Kurang maksimalnya penerapan kode etik jurnalistik pada tahap produksi yaitu pada penerapan pasal 2 yakni reporter tidak profesional dalam menjalankan tugasnya, ini tidak sesuai dengan Q.S Al-Maidah ayat 8 dan Q.S Al-Hujurat ayat 6. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan berita yang disajikan kurang akurat dan tidak berimbang sehingga dapat merugikan pihak�pihak yang terkait dalam pemberitaan tersebut. Kata kunci : Kode Etik Jurnalistik, Jurnalistik Dalam Perspektif Islam, Produksi Berita, Radar TV Lampung. iii ABSTRACT Every media when producing news cannot be separated from the monitoring of the journalistic code of ethics including Radar Lampung TV which is the largest local mass media in Lampung Province. As an Islamic journalist, it plays an important role in providing accurate, complete, clear, honest and actual information, and can also provide clues towards change and transformation. In the news production process, Radar Lampung TV is often prone to violations of the journalistic code of ethics from an Islamic perspective. So, based on the background of the problem above, the author is interested in researching how the news production process and the application of journalistic ethical codes in an Islamic perspective in the news production process, with the title "Application of the Journalistic Code of Ethics in an Islamic Perspective in the News Production Process on Radar Lampung TV." The formulation of the problems of this research are (1) How is the news production process on Radar Lampung TV? (2) How is the application of the journalistic code of ethics in an Islamic perspective in the news production process on Radar Lampung TV? This research is a type of field research. This research is a descriptive research. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were 1 Chief Editor, 1 Cameraman, 1 Editor, and 2 Journalists. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the news production process on Radar Lampung TV went through several stages, namely pre-production, production and post�production. In the pre-production process, namely the planning stage, the editorial meeting stage, the reporting crew assignment stage. In the news production process on Radar Lampung TV, it goes through the production preparation stage and the production implementation stage. Then the post�production process is processing the news so that it can be broadcast. The application of the journalistic code of ethics in an Islamic perspective in the news production process on Radar Lampung TV is in the production and post�production stages, while in the post-production stage it does not apply a journalistic code of ethics but still applies the basics of Television Production Production News news written by Andi Fachruddin. The lack of maximum application of the journalistic code of ethics at the production stage, namely in the application of article 2, namely reporters who are not professional in carrying out their duties, this is not in accordance with Q.S Al-Maidah verse 8 and Q.S Al�Hujurat verse 6. This can cause the news presented to be less accurate and not balanced so that it can harm the parties involved in the news.
