Abstract

ABSTRAK PERAN PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM UPAYA PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DI DESA CANGGUNG KECAMATAN RAJABASA LAMPUNG SELATAN (Studi di Wisata Pantai Setigi Batu) Oleh TITI NILA HAIYANA Desa Canggung merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki destinasi wisata pantai yaitu pantai setigi batu berdasarkan hasil penelitian peneliti ditemukan permasalahan yaitu kebijakan program pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui wisata pantai setigi batu yang belum terlaksana secara maksimal hal ini dikarenakan karena anggaran terbatas dan pelaksanaan yang terbatas, kemudian masalah yang kedua yaitu kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program tersebut dilihat dari antusiasme masyarakat yang masih kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prioritas program pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pada desa canggung serta peran pemerintah desa dalam upaya yang dilakukan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi di Desa Canggung Kecamatan Rajabasa Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam menetapkan data primer. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan beberapa tahap yaitu, tahap reduksi data, tahap penyajian data, dan tahap verifikasi data hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa Jika dilihat kebijakannya wisata pantai setigi batu ini memiliki potensi yang besar. Kata Kunci: Peran pemerintah desa, Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. ABSTRACT ROLE OF VILLAGE GOVERNMENT IN COMMUNITY ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT IN CANGGUNG VILLAGE RAJABASA DISTRICT, LAMPUNG SELATAN (Study in Setigi Batu Beach Tourism) By TITI NILA HAIYANA Canggung Village is one of the villages that has a beach tourist destination, namely Setigi Batu Beach. Based on the results of the research, the researcher found a problem, namely the policy of the community economic empowerment program through Setigi Batu Beach tourism which has not been implemented optimally, this is due to limited budget and limited implementation, then the second problem is the lack of community participation in the implementation of the program as seen from the lack of enthusiasm of the community. This study aims to determine the priorities of the community economic empowerment program in Canggung Village and the role of the village government in efforts made to empower the community, especially in the economic field in Canggung Village, Rajabasa District, South Lampung. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and uses purposive sampling techniques in determining primary data. The data collection process was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study with several stages, namely, the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, and the data verification stage. The results of this study also show that if you look at the policy, this stone beach tourism has great potential. Keywords: The role of the village government, Community economic empowerment.
