Abstract

ABSTRAK Kewirausahaan dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor yang berpotensi meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia dalam mengurangi angka pengangguran dengan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan Perguruan tinggi memiliki peran penting dalam memotivasi mahasiswa menjadi wirausahawan muda guna meningkatkan jumlah wirausahawan. Lebih banyak wirausahawan sarjana dapat mengurangi pengangguran dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Namun, pendidikan kewirausahaan di Indonesia masih kurang mendapat perhatian yang cukup baik dari dunia pendidikan maupun masyarakat, sehingga penumbuhan sikap dan perilaku kewirausahaan sasaran didik belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Peer Group dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha dengan Self Efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri di Provinsi Lampung. Pengambilan data melalui angket dengan bantuan google form. Untuk menganalisa data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Peer Group, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Self Efficacy berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha, sehingga jika ke tiga variabel tersebut meningkat maka Minat Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa FEBI di PTKIN di Provinsi Lampung mengalami peningkatan. Self Efficacy tidak mampu berperan sebagai variabel yang memediasi pengaruh Peer Group maupun Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. More graduate entrepreneurs could reduce unemployment and create jobs. However, entrepreneurial education in Indonesia is still lacking sufficient attention from the world of education and society, so that the growth of attitudes and behavior of entrepreneurship target students are not optimal. This study uses a quantitative approach with the formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of Peer Group and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest with Self Efficacy as a intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at State Islamic Religious Universities in Lampung Province. Data collection through questionnaires with the help of google form. To analyse the data is done by Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Peer Group, Entrepreneurship Education and Self Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, so that if the three variables increase, Entrepreneurial Interest in FEBI Students at PTKIN in Lampung Province will increase. Self Efficacy is able to act as a variable that intervens the influence of Peer Group and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest.
