Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan pra survey penelitian yang telah dilakukan di MI Al-Khairiyah Kaliawi Bandar Lampung, hasil belajar peserta didik masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya yaitu pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru. Dalam proses pembelajaran peserta didik sering kali hanya mendengarkan dan mencatat materi yang disampaikan guru. Sehingga mengakibatkan peserta didik kurang aktif dan terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, peneliti menerapkan Model pembelajaran Mind Mapping berbantuan media gambar di dalam proses pembelajaran IPA. Tujuan dari peneliti ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model pembelajaran Mind Mapping terhadap hasil belajar IPA kelas IV MI Al-Khairiyah Kaliawi Bandar Lampung. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy Exsperimental Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV di SDN MI Al-Khairiyah Kaliawi Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah peserta didik, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas yang dipilih secara random yaitu kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah peserta didik dan IV B sebagai kelas kontrol berjumlah peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berupa tes hasil belajar pretest dan posttest berbentuk soal pilihan ganda dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dengan uji Kormogorov Smirnov, uji homogenitas dengan uji kesamaan dua varians Fisher dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dari data penelitian diperoleh hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan hasil thitung = dan ttabel , sehingga thitung > ttabel maka H ditolak dan H diterima. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Model pembelajaran Mind Mapping berbantu Media Gambar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV MI Al-Khairiyah Kaliawi Bandar Lampung. iv ABSTRACT Based on the pre-survey research conducted at MI Al�Khairiyah Kaliawi Bandar Lampung, student learning outcomes are still low. This is caused by various factors, one of which is teacher�centered learning. In the learning process students often only listen and record the material presented by the teacher. So that it causes students to be less active and involved in the learning process. To overcome this problem, researchers apply the Mind Mapping learning model assisted by media images in the science learning process. The purpose of this researcher was to determine the effect of the Mind Mapping learning model on learning outcomes in science class IV MI Al-Khairiyah Kaliawi Bandar Lampung. The model used in this study is a quantitative model with the type of research used is Quasy Experimental Design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SDN MI Al-Khairiyah Kaliawi Bandar Lampung, totaling students, while the sample in this study were classes randomly selected, namely class IV A as an experimental class totaling students. and IV B as the control class totaling students. The data collection technique used was in the form of pretest and posttest learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice questions and documentation. The data analysis technique used the normality test with the Kormogorov Smirnov test, the homogeneity test with the two variance Fisher similarity test and the hypothesis test with the t test. Based on the analysis of the research results and discussion of the research data, the results of the hypothesis test showed that tcount = and ttable , so that tcount > ttable, H was rejected and H was accepted. Based on these results it was concluded that there was an influence of the Mind Mapping learning model assisted by Image Media on the learning outcomes of students in class IV Science MI Al-Khairiyah Kaliawi Bandar Lampung.
