Abstract

ABSTRAK BSI Mobile merupakan salah satu dari banyaknya Mobile Banking yang tersebar di Indonesia. Seperti halnya Mobile Banking lainnya BSI Mobile juga berguna untuk memudahkan konsumen dikalangan generasi milenial untuk melakukan transaksi seperti pengecekan saldo, transfer, pembayaran uang kuliah, pembelian pulsa, pembayaran tagihan E-Commerce dan bisa melakukan tarik tunai tanpa kartu (cardless). Fitur Cardless memudahkan pengguna melakukan tarik tunai tanpa harus membawa kartu ATM. Ciri dan karakter yang dimiliki generasi milenial adalah generasi ini sangat percaya diri, berani mengemukakan pendapat, dan tidak sungkan berdebat didepan publik. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “bagaimana penerapan transaksi tarik tunai tanpa kartu ATM melalui aplikasi BSI Mobile dikalangan generasi milenial kota Bandar Lampung dan bagaimana transaksi tarik tunai tanpa kartu ATM melalui aplikasi BSI Mobile dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan transaksi tarik tunai tanpa kartu ATM melalui aplikasi BSI Mobile dikalangan generasi milenial dan untuk mengetahui transaksi tarik tunai tanpa kartu ATM melalui aplikasi BSI Mobile dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kualitatif yang lebih menekankan pada aspek pemahaman secara mendalam terhadap suatu masalah. Hakikatnya penelitian lapangan adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggali data yang bersumber dari lokasi atau lapangan penelitian. Penerapan transaksi tarik tunai tanpa kartu ATM melalui aplikasi BSI Mobile memberikan kemudahan bagi nasabah yang menggunakannya. Dan Pelaksanaan transaksi tarik tunai tanpa kartu ATM melalui aplikasi BSI Mobile dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam menggunakan akad Ijarah. Kata Kunci: Tarik tunai tanpa kartu ATM, BSI Mobile, Generasi Milenial. ABSTRACT BSI Mobile is one of the many Mobile Banking spread across Indonesia. Like other Mobile Banking, BSI Mobile is also useful to make it easier for consumers among the millennial generation to make transactions such as checking balances, transfers, paying tuition fees, buying credit, paying E-Commerce bills and being able to make cardless cash withdrawals. The Cardless feature makes it easy for users to make cash withdrawals without having to carry an ATM card. This generation is creative, thinks out of the box, is rich in ideas and ideas and is able to communicate these ideas brilliantly. And finally, the millennial generation is good at socializing, especially in the communities they follow, and is active on social media and the internet. The problem in this research is "how to implement cash withdrawal transactions without an ATM card through the BSI Mobile application among the millennial generation of Bandar Lampung city and how to apply cash withdrawal transactions without an ATM card through the BSI Mobile application in an Islamic economic perspective". And this study aims to analyze the application of cash withdrawal transactions without an ATM card through the BSI Mobile application among the millennial generation and to describe cash withdrawal transactions without an ATM card through the BSI Mobile application from an Islamic economic perspective. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach that emphasizes more on aspects of understanding in depth on a problem. In essence, field research is research conducted by exploring data sourced from research locations or fields. The implementation of cash withdrawal transactions without an ATM card through the BSI Mobile application provides convenience for customers who use it. The conveniences offered include being able to withdraw cash without using a card and only using a Smartphone then entering the OTP code according to the instructions on the Smartphone screen then the cash will coTITIK PALUPIme out through an ATM machine. And the implementation of cash withdrawal transactions without an ATM card through the BSI Mobile application in an Islamic economic perspective the Ijarah contract.
